Eli: I bought a used 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from them. They are in the city so very slow traffic, and a short test drive. The Jeep ran smooth and handled nicely, so I bought it. The next day the dealership calls and asks how I am enjoying the Jeep, so I inform them at higher speeds once you get away from traffic it pulls all over the road. I tell my salesman who called that I believe it needs an alignment, and he puts me on hold while he informs the manager. He comes back and says "unfortunately it was a used car and purchased "as-is" therefore they can't help me". He called me, and is now telling me "no deal" when I have a complaint about the car! I guess this company only cares about you if you are buying a new car. I bought a 20k Jeep that I have spent $500 in three weeks trying to fix, and I can't drive more than 40-45 without it trying to kill me and anyone else on the road next to me. I am now stuck paying for a Jeep I can't even drive until I figure what is wrong with my "new car". This is my first nice newer car I have owned, and it has been a disaster. My advice is take your money somewhere else, it will be better spent and you will be safer!

Christopher Creel: From the moment I walked in these guys have taken care of me. The previous dealership destroyed the oil drip pan and plug during an oil change and these guys hopped right to fixing it when I got there. Their staff is friendly and have helped every step along the way. They have inspired peace of mind to a first-time Jeep owner and I will definitely keep coming back to them for my routine maintenance. Overall they’ve done a great job and continue to address any questions/comments/concerns I may have. 10/10 would come here again.
Rick B: A very poor customer service experience in the service department. Really bad communication between employees. Didn't even know the correct vehicle they were speaking to me about. Turns out that my vehicle was there a week and when i got it back they had basically done zero to correct the issues and only preformed a simple recall in that whole week.Doubt i will return to that particular dealership. They had a special disdain for the MaxCare warranty saying they wouldn't make a dime on my service.
Rachel Williams: My experience was petrifying to say the least. 1. Pull to service to get ONE light bulb replaced. Service tells me to walk to parts and order my own part.2. Parts dept attempts to charge me 780 to replace a ONE light bulb in a vehicle I’m leasing through Chrysler. Parts sends me to sales dept because I was astounded.3. Sales send me back to service because they don’t know why I was sent to them4. Service tells me my warranty will cover the light bulb. Service ensures me they will order my part “one day shipping” calls a place to verify they have the part and tells me they will call me at the beginning of the week, as this was a Saturday.5.The next Thursday arrives (5 days since my initial visit) I decide to call bc i haven’t heard from anyone. They state they have my part. I drop my car off one hour later they tell me it will be done by the end of the next day! TO REPLACE A LIGHT BULB . He tells me, very proudly might I add, “there’s ppl whose been waiting for 8-9 months for parts6. The next afternoon i get a call stating that the service dept JUST VERIFIED MY PART THAT CAME DAYS AGO only to realize they put the wrong bulb in the box. They state they will order the correct part now. I asked for a loaner as I was going out of town which i told them initially and they told me they would give me a loaner.7. I come to discuss with the manager JUSTIN (0/10 recommend) the lack of communication, poor follow through up to this point and to get a loaner. He greets me standing up with his arms folded, and i had to ask permission to sit and discuss my concerns. As I’m speaking he’s rolling his eyes. Afterwards, he tells me that they should not have offered me a loaner because it’s only for people who have been inconvenienced longer! He also states that a pebble hit my light cracking the cover (slightly) causing the light not to work allegedly. He states he has to cover the cost of my light so i should be grateful. He called me a liar when i told him i informed that service dept of the crack when i first came and they told me it was still covered. He made the service worker verify i told him about the crack and still didn’t apologize for accusing me of lying.8. They kept my 2020 Jeep wrangler and loaned me a 2007 dodge journey that hadn’t been cleaned out and wheels shook when driving over 65 mph, during a blizzard, to go out of town. No Bluetooth and no backup camera. Dents everywhere.9. When i asked him for his supervisor number he told me he was the director refused to give me any number above him but offered my his card! I thought about keeping my car after my lease is up but due to this degrading experience i think not!I BEG FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING TO GET A CAR FROM CRYSLER JEEP DODGE AND RAM IN SOUTH BEND ON MCKINLEY TO STRONGLY RECONSIDER!
Sabrina Farrell: I brought my vehicle in to have a Mopar covered part replaced (Mopar said I had to go through a Chrysler dealership for it to be covered). I had to pay for them to rerun a diagnostic (already told them what needed replaced), only for them to tell me the part is not covered by Mopar. They also attempted to sell me other work that did not need to be done. I will never go back to that dealership.
Joshua Crawford: Everyone I delt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very fast and organized. I was really impressed by the service I received. They even gave me a free car wash which I wasn't expecting. Very nice.
Eugene Smiechowski: Nice dang ol dilly-ship. On point like Hiroshima. Service with a smile? No service of a new friendship. Paid to write this? Maybe, maybe not but the inventory sells itself. In house comedian (aka Mike, sales man (or woman, we don't judge) of the decade) hits you with his jokes that'll have you crying. Crying because the jokes were so funny? Nope crying because you had the time of you life and accidentally signed a mortgage payment at a place that sells bad @$$ cars! Be a man and buy the car down at Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! And don't forget to get it serviced!

Cory Gehring: Many people say to avoid the dealer when getting maintenance done on your vehicle. I can say since I am the original owner and I want to keep my warrantee valid, I have to use dealers for anything that is power train related. That being said, Michiana Chrysler has always been fair in repairing only what needs repaired, they don't try to upsell me things I do not need. I truly appreciate the veterans discount they give (you have to ask for it). They also let me know if something is not a power train issue so I have the option to get it fixed somewhere else if I choose.
Jason Hall: I’ve bought a couple vehicles here. The last one I bought was brand new. I took my son here and he bought a vehicle here. They told me that I would get a referral check for bringing my son in. The salesman filled out the paperwork for the referral check and told me I would receive it in 7 to 10 days. Well it’s been longer than that now. Still nothing, I don’t believe they give one out. I think they just say that to get people to bring other people in to buy a car. Ok so I was told to call the sales man about this issue. Called the salesperson a few days ago he has not responded. So my guess is nobody wants to honor this. So I will no longer be doing business with this company and I will mo longer be referring people to this business. Would have been better if you guys would have never said anything about the referral bonus.
