WETF LP: Something as simple as reporting one of their 3 fuses feeding our site is blown has become a full time job for our teamPlease rush and replace the one blown fuse for the 3 phase service at 2015 W Western Ave. Last night’s storm tripped it.

toby Baker: I haven’t lived in the area long but my power goes out regularly. Not a bill issue. Just the power goes out all the time in my neighborhood. This is the third time we’ve had to throw out a refrigerator full of new groceries. SMH not even raining.

Melanie Lewis: My bill is $135.00 more than the same time last year. My bills are 122% higher than comparable properties around me. A Meter Tech came to test the meter. He had dark sunglasses on. I inquired why he wore sunglasses on a very cloudy day? He said the sun had been out and he just didn't take them off. He still didn't remove them. In 5 or 8 minutes while testing the meter, he never looked at me. He looked at the ground, away from me, at the sky. Said meter was fine. He was disrespectful and evasive. He made me distrust I&M more than I did.

alex alwine: Turning off power in the middle of a shut down.. A lot of people have lost jobs recently due to Michigan shutting down & restrictions in place due to COVID in Indiana. I called and they don’t care. That’s the best thing I could say about my conversation with the supervisor.

Paul Blaschko: After trying, for a month, to get in touch with someone to get an appointment for a routine disconnect (our power lines are dangerously out of compliance with code), I was told by a representative that my expectation (that AEP would be able to set up a routine appointment within a month) showed that I didn’t care about the safety of their employees. The reasoning was very unclear, but she suggested that — because employees were working from home for safety reasons during the pandemic — it wasn’t reasonable for me to expect a call back within a month. I found the reasoning bizarre, and the accusation offensive and unprofessional. When I called back to report frustration, another representative seemed not to understand why this interaction might be frustrating.We’re coming up on five weeks and the disconnect still has not been scheduled.
Dee Robin: I'm NOT happy with AEP right NOW! My block has been without power since Saturday. There have been two sets of crews that came out and STILL no power. Yet, I keep receiving emails saying my power has been restored, LIE!!!! I understand there was a storm Saturday, but still COME ON AEP! If I lived on the other side of town, the POWER would be back ON. The West side of town always gets screwed, but you want THAT MONEY EVERY MONTH.
Ivanelys Delgado: Horrible Customer Service . Spoke with “Bratt”who was in charged and he was no help , interrupting me , not understanding my concern . They are trying to over charge me on my bill . I kept track of my payments and dates paid , but to them is all wrong .... Horrible service ....... 0Zero Stars .
joseph kennedy: I have to agree with most of the comments on here about aep. Price gouging is an understatement! I have a small home and my electric bills run between 350-400 a month! The house is totally electric, however I watch my consumption. I have a three bedroom, each room has its own heater. But because of the cost I only use 1, forcing my 2 kids to share a room while I and my other child sleep in the living room. The fees are ridiculous!! The fees add almost another 30 percent to your bill. Like everyone here I've spoken to them numerous occasions stating to them theres no way in hell I'm using that much electric. It's fallen on deaf ears.

Kristine McCarty: AEP IS THE WORST!!!! Electric is out during every storm! Not major storms mind you ,just little rain storms. We are 3 days and counting and no power expected for another day! Foods gone bad ,fish tanks are dying! Gotta love south bend AND AND AEP.... Great job guys!!!!
D Lawrence: Power has been out for 24 hours and will not be on for another 24 hours. What are the plans for reimbursement for the loss and spoilage of food??!! Are we on Wilber not worthy of your services? Should be a very simple fix. Your services suck!
Jennifer J Johnson: Not sure about pricing, but customer service was was quick; and then efficient to transfer service in about 5 minutes.
