I no longer need a back up system to save my IMS records and/or files. Xanatektakes that off my shoulders.3. The program is very User friendly.4. I love the fact I can move emails right to notes by drag and drop. In this day and agewhen customer emails are prevalent, it's so important to notate that correspondence.5. Texting from IMS. No need to use your personal phone to send a customer a textmessage. IMS does that for you, then keeps it as a note.We've been with Xanatek a long time. There's good reason for that.
