My husband gave him a call after 6pm to ask what was going on. A personal issue with his car came up. No call or text to keep us to date. Asks my husband if I am a sister. I don't see how race had anything to do with our central air unit. He tells my husband he will come to our home at 10 am the next day. I waited until 10:07 to call and find out what was going on. He has the nerve to tell me he is getting ready and has to pick up his brother. They finally arrive. He doesn't have his tool to test the AC unit. He had to leave to get one. They were gone for an hour. He comes back to tell me we have an electrical issue. Needless, to say we paid for him to come and out to do nothing. We will find another company. He made me feel like because our home Warranty company was paying him, that we were Not important. Don't be Sorry for the inconvenience. By looks of reviews his positive reviews have declined. Could not figure out the problem with furnace, when asked questions came off as if it were an inconvenience and I never got a clear answer as to what the problem was, and they replaced a part unrelated to the actual issue and charged for it. Also proclaiming how long you've been doing something does not make you seen more credible and competent, your reputation and presentation does. I called a professional after Mark's 3rd failed attempt to fix the problem and the other independent professional found the issue in less than 10 minutes and could articulate the issue in about 3 sentences.

Shannon Fredline: This company was a complete nightmare!! I called them to look at my furnace. After coming out and looking at it, Mark gave me a quote to fix it. He then wanted me to give him cash or a check for the parts. I told him no explaining that I planned on paying with a credit card which his website states he accepts. He then told me that is for payment, not parts. He also stated to me several times that "you don't know how business works". When I said I would pay him for his service call with a credit card he expected me to write down my credit card information so he could take it with him to process the payment at home. He is a complete scam artist! Do not call this company.

I was forced to call the number that was left on the furnace.A guy picked up did not give me a name or introduction at all. I had to ask if this was I & M.He said "YES!" I said "Okay?"" so I have an issue with the fan on the furnace"He said " Well not in the office and do not have the schedule in front of me to figure out time to come out"I said "okay?"Then he proceeded to tell me it is at 5:40am.I am sorry but in an emergency cases like this someone from that company needs to take on the responsibility to answer the phone or at least have it on voice mail to take a off schedule calls.I am a go getter I get up early to get my job done as a husband and a business man. Luckily for me I am also a do it myself if I do not get the answer I like. I got my own fan working with in a 30 min. Window after phone call with the guy from I & M.I have a home warranty so I know at some point I will need to deal with this company again. Very unprofessional. Made my teeth grind hear this and even writting what happened.Not like a person giving bad reviews, but do not like how it was handled and feel bad for those who has delt with them in the past.

The last time we used him he was demeaning and insulting - to the point we didn't feel safe having him in our home. I don't know what his problem is but he seems to carry a huge chip on his shoulder.
