Sylvia Wagner: The man was friendly and nice, however, I have a problem. I was up in my front bedroom, when soot came out of the air vent by the ceiling. I had to leave my home immediately because I have a breathing disorder--vasomotor rhinitis. I didn't notice until later that the soot that came out of the open vent went across the room and covered my fan, file cabinet, and my thread on the wall. The thread was on the rack upside down because the base is so large. I wiped off the soot from the base/bottom of the thread but I cannot wash thread. I noticed that the room smells dusty so I took the 37 spools off of the rack and put them in my dresser drawer in my other bedroom. If the thread is "dirty" they cannot be used. There are 37 spools--Sulky, rayon, 40 wt, 1500 yds costing 11.99 per spool. This will cost me, if I have to replace all those spools, $443.63. People should be informed to remove anything or an item that could be damaged by soot. I can also see some on my wall. Jeremiah Semonis: Let me start off by saying I have regularly used Stanley Steemer and was in the process of trying to book their services for carpet cleaning, as one of my cats had unexpectedly peed in the corner of the playroom, something they have never done. Stanley Steemer was booked out for 3 weeks, the receptionist recommended Master Care. Master Care had availability the following day, which was perfect for me, as I had the day off and was eager to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. They told me $85 for one room, plus $15 for an additional room. I asked that they do the dining room rug, as the rest of the rooms were in good shape, having been cleaned by Stanley Steemer just 1 month ago.Two young men showed up and surveyed the area, they were very polite and professional. He used a UV light to survey the carpet and examine where there may be urine or other contaminants. He recommended he use the pet deodorizer in the entire room, an additional $75. I was at my wits' end with the cat urine smell, he told me he guaranteed it would remove the smell, which was good enough for me. They finished their work in about 45 minutes, and never tied into the house's hose line, like Stanley Steemer would often do. I thought nothing of it. Afterwards the smell of the room was ripe with water, deodorizer, and a faint smell of cat urine. I reassured myself the deodorizer would work its way through the carpet and eat out the smell. I signed a check for $175 and they were on their way. Well that night and the following day as the carpet dried, the deodorizer smell wore off and the cat urine smell came back, stronger than before. I went back to household cleaners, scrubbing it and vacuuming it again and again.I called MasterCare back, they said they would do a free recleaning, however it would have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday, it was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday at wit's end again, I ripped up the carpet padding and carpet in that section of the floor. The subfloor was soaked, a high mixture of water and cat urine and the foul smelling deodorizer. The carpet cleaning worker had used an exorbitant amount of water in this corner, soaking the padding and the subfloor.After more research online I came across KILZ paint and primer which is supposed to seal in tough odors. So I dried out the subfloor and painted it down. I called Master Care several times throughout the week explaining my issue. They told me they could not guarantee removing pet odors, even though the worker that day told me personally that he was sure he could get rid of the smell. Furthermore, Master Care refused to refund any of my money.At this point I feel pretty foolish spending $175 on carpet cleaning, and nothing to show for it. The only thing they accomplished was soaking the subfloor and taking my money. It just makes me wonder how Master Care as a company can feel good about taking $175 from me and leaving me in a worse situation than I was in to begin with. Feels pretty dishonest. I will definitely not be using their services ever again.To complete this review as honestly as possible, they did do a fine job cleaning the rug, and the workers were very polite and professional, even if they did lie to my face about being able to remove the smell. Sandra Susnis: Installed insulated tubing and vents for two shower fans. While in attic discovered a disconnected vent for the chimney vent from water heater. Jerimee reattached. This could have caused damage in attic with too much humidity and carbon monoxide emissions. Seth his partner also did an amazing job. Thankful for the work preformed and for the other discovery. Michelle Jones: He was completely unprofessional. I wasted $11 to come home to meet him for the appointment frame he gave me. He didn't show up at all. My husband gave him a call after 6pm to ask what was going on. A personal issue with his car came up. No call or text to keep us to date. Asks my husband if I am a sister. I don't see how race had anything to do with our central air unit. He tells my husband he will come to our home at 10 am the next day. I waited until 10:07 to call and find out what was going on. He has the nerve to tell me he is getting ready and has to pick up his brother. They finally arrive. He doesn't have his tool to test the AC unit. He had to leave to get one. They were gone for an hour. He comes back to tell me we have an electrical issue. Needless, to say we paid for him to come and out to do nothing. We will find another company. He made me feel like because our home Warranty company was paying him, that we were Not important. Don't be Sorry for the inconvenience. By looks of reviews his positive reviews have declined. Showme How400 (All0wM3): Do not hire! The experience was terrible. Could not figure out the problem with furnace, when asked questions came off as if it were an inconvenience and I never got a clear answer as to what the problem was, and they replaced a part unrelated to the actual issue and charged for it. Also proclaiming how long you've been doing something does not make you seen more credible and competent, your reputation and presentation does. I called a professional after Mark's 3rd failed attempt to fix the problem and the other independent professional found the issue in less than 10 minutes and could articulate the issue in about 3 sentences.

I called around a lot and when I called mark to install our new centra air unit he worked with me. He came and made sure everything worked the next day after he was done! Most places just call. Morning Star: Technicians arrived on time. The were very friendly and had all the materials to fix my central ac unit. They were done with everything in about an hour!! Price was affordable too.

Leslie Ludwick: I call around noon and Mark told me he could come and look at my air conditioner that wasn't blowing any cold air around 3:00 p.m. He arrived on time and was on-task. He needed to go and purchase a couple of parts that he didn't stock on his truck. Once he returned, he was able to fix the unit.He was very knowledgeable and timely. It took him 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. The price was VERY reasonable too.I would highly recommend Mark for all of your HVAC needs!Leslie L

Shannon Fredline: This company was a complete nightmare!! I called them to look at my furnace. After coming out and looking at it, Mark gave me a quote to fix it. He then wanted me to give him cash or a check for the parts. I told him no explaining that I planned on paying with a credit card which his website states he accepts. He then told me that is for payment, not parts. He also stated to me several times that "you don't know how business works". When I said I would pay him for his service call with a credit card he expected me to write down my credit card information so he could take it with him to process the payment at home. He is a complete scam artist! Do not call this company.
