Kevin Howden: Good FBO I attended an IA class they hosted. They do this every year and I'm sure it's a hassle for them but they do such a great job and it's very appreciated.
Justin Barchfeld: Landed and parked our king air with no sign of anyone. Went inside and lady inside said nothing to me. Finally line guy showed up and asked if we need any which we advised we didnt need anything. We waited for about an hour and when we were walking out with our pax the csr finally told me I had to pay a facility fee. Nothing like waiting to the last minute. No help but still get charged.

A B: I would like to know what a mandatory Service Bulletin is and why it is required?Hint, an Airworthyness Directive is required, a Service Bulletin is recommended in part 91 operations.Apparently King Aviation does not know the difference?
