Julius Sipe: Never had an issue with customer service. Small shop and not a lot of help for the owner, so all things considered it is very quick and helpful. Had a lot of help with things I may not understand, and a lot of in house fixes for a fair price including convenience of close to home quick service. The selection for airsoft may not be great but the handgun I did get is AMAZING (elite force 1911). It’s my favorite thing I own and I’ve never had an issue with it. My rifle was a bit sad honestly but it was due to user errors. Owner is very down to earth and a good guy. He usually spends the weekends at the field but still helps at the field too and DOES have someone usually covering the shop. The prices may be a little high sometimes but again it’s still fair for no shipping fee and a close to home shop. Would honestly like to see a larger variety of higher end gear but it’s a great shop for starters or fixes even if there are no “package deals”

Andy Gothard: This business has been around for almost 20 years. They have the knowledge and ability to tune and repair almost all gear for paintball and airsoft, on top of a great selection of products. Being so close to their playing field is a huge plus too.

Crystal McMonigle: Took my son to get a few things for airsoft today. He has cancer and is going through extremely hard chemo. He became dizzy and ended up falling while at the shop. The owner was super sympathetic and helpful. She gifted him with the items he was going to purchase. It brought me to tears. She told him she hoped to see him in the course soon. We will be purchasing all of our airsoft supplies from them in the future.

brylee hall: terrible customer service, never got a welcome or anything, had to stand at the counter while the guy played on his phone and waited for 20 minutes just to get the product, it’s sad because not may airsoft stores are local to me.

Now Loading: Not a big selection of guns, I don't want to spend 300$ on an airsoft gun. I could buy a 12g for that. Batteries or a charger don't come with them, it's not a very beginner friendly store. No package deals, and the price points seem intentionally similar to make you spend 40$ more on the more expensive modelS.

But three times I’ve gone to this store and the cashiers have forgotten to take the security device off an apparel item I bought . So I have to drive back to the store and have them do it . It’s not my job to make sure you remove it. Just make sure you watch them check out your items .

She said well no because they’re in a box in the back.. just didn’t feel the great customer service, I’ve worked in retail so I get it.. but the least she could of done was try to grab me one out the box if the site states they are available for p/u.. went to Dunhams and was able to find one with no issues

Christopher Rimes: One of the stores I will never be shopping at again we spend around $500 here almost every year for the kids sports stuff and they don’t seem to care that they sold us a $79.00 defective bat that was dented beyond use after 2 games by my 8 year old daughter! And all they could say was that it’s not their fault and we have to contact Easton to get it replaced. Well I will not be buying over priced garbage at this store ever again very disappointed and terrible customer service from people that don’t stand behind the products they sale. We bought my 10 year old son a bat at Walmart that he has used for 3 years dent free for half the price. That is were I will be shopping for sports items from now on!

I bought a new handgun from them for $90-139 less than other stores in the area on black Friday.Check them out and give them a shot I'm sure you will be happy.
