Beatriz Vicente: Just wanna say I am very happy to be a patient of MD cavallo, I was diagnosed in 2016 with endo and told other wise about my condition by another gynecologist.Thankfully I was able to get an appointment set up for my annual words cannot express the level of comfort / care that is provided. I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a second opinion in a diagnoses or in need of some guidance with this condition.

S and MH: Better find out before your appointment, what the current check in procedure is during COVID season. For my last appointment in March, I had several emails from them regarding their check in process. I didn't get any emails from the office this time and failed to see the small notice posted on their glass door. A couple of ladies parked in the car next to mine said that they would call. BIG MISTAKE!! So, I waited for them to call me, and after about 15 mins, when they didn't call, I walked up to the front door and called the office number posted and got the answering service (another FYI- they switch to Answering service before the office actually closes). So, then I texted them and they called me right back. By now, its 20 mins past my appointment time. After another 40 MINUTES of deliberation back and forth among themselves, was finally told that I that I had to reschedule. I could have finished my appointment in 40 mins!!! I remember the long wait times I had to wait for them and I am SURE, it was definitely more than 20 mins every time. Very disappointed!!!! COVID processes are changing everyday and patients do go to other offices and are not expected to remember each office rules. An email before each appointment would be very helpful. And, making a few adjustments to squeeze in a patient, who has waited for over an hour due to a lack of communication from the office, would have been a nice gesture. Where are my "healthcare heroes"???

Anna Burton: I LOVE this office and all the staff!!!!!!! I’d been infertile for ten years, 3mths after shaking cavallo’s hand I was pregnant!!!! Not to mention the complications during labor! He saved my life!!!!!! This office is truly touched by GOD!!

Karli Email: I have had numerous appointments as well as phone conversations and the staff have all been very nice and helpful. They've made certain to answer all of my questions and get back with me in a timely manner. If ever we were running late I simply called in ahead of time while on our way to let them know and make sure it wasn't going to be an issue, which it never was. In terms of the actual care, the two doctors and nurse practitioner and other staff all worked with me and let me make my own decisions about my health while offering me the info necessary to make an educated decision. They always made me feel comfortable. The wait times are no different than what I have experienced at every other doctors office I have been to in my life. It varies by the day and how long other people take in their appointments, etc. Anyway, I recommend them.

tushi baul: I have heard a lot of good things about Dr Cavallo. However I was very disappointed by the way the clinic treated me. I was able to get appointment after a month's wait. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 5 mins late and I was told that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently, the clinic has a late policy that if a patient arrives 5 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled. I have no issue with the policy. However, as a patient I was not informed about this policy. The new patient's form did not mention about this late policy. I filled up the form beforehand and showed the staff that it not mention anywhere about this late policy. To send a patient away when the patient was not informed about this policy is not ethically correct.

Estephanie Aguilera: EVERYONE is very friendly and they greet you with a smile. I definitely feel comfortable going. What i dislike very much, is that they are ALWAYS late for my appointments. I always have to wait more then 15 minutes to be seen even when I am already in the room, and several times I don't even see the doctor, i see the nurse practitioner, because they are running way behind schedule. It is an inconvenience and disrespectful of my time.

Corbie Hadley: First time coming to the office the front desk staff did not acknowledge my presence. I had to wait for over 10 minutes and still get someone's attention. Thank goodness I was early. The first appointment is a consultation which I was not aware of until I was at the office for the appointment. Now, im 5 minutes late for an appointment and I have to reschedule altogether. I'm a single parent and can't control every aspect of my life. 5 minutes late should not make or break an appointment. Considering I work in Healthcare, I'm really disappointed in the way this office has handled me as a patient.

She not only addresses your nutritional needs but teaches you how to read ingredients and learn imperative health information for yourself! Dr. Warhop understands muscular injuries and strains and knows how to help you safely heal, recover and become strong again. Her help extends far beyond the massage therapy room and into your everyday life.

She's taught me how to workout, have fun, and live a better life without being afraid of my body. Instead, I've learned to strengthen it the right way so my injury doesn't hold me back. I so highly recommend her!

She isn’t just a massage therapist but also very knowledgeable about nutrition as well. I turn to her when/if I have any pain or issues from weight training. Dena Woods: Tracy is wonderful! I am a massage therapist and I went to her with work related injury and fatigue, specifically low back and hip flexor pain, and I feel like her massage put me back together. When I arrived I was having pain when walking, and when I left I could feel so much had been set free in my hip. Tracy also did an amazing job of working out tension and adhesion in my shoulders and arms. I was able to return to work nearly pain free. If you have pain or if you have a very physical job or hobbies, go see her! She'll put you back together!
