Camiela Smoot: Very unprofessional I did a current review I guess it evaporated like the help my father didn't get. From the medical responder John that came out 3am 3/11/23 to help my dad. He refused to even help him get up ,dress anything. To hear a man say he can't lift him cause he maybe to heavy. My dad is a buck o 5 skinny. He refused to help him put his clothes on took him out in the cold with drawls on. They are provided gloves so to refuse to even touch him to lift him up. If matters were worst,timing this isn't good. My mom had to call our God brother over for help who is also Caucasian. He also witness the unprofessional neglect. Well John if a person says their dizzy it's not cool to make them get up on their own. Your female coworker couldn't help yet she did her job. John please seek a store job where helping is only talking then out of their sight.4/10/23 The director & manager did call back let them tell it they will check into it give me a call back. Never got call or message back just like the apology or the service would get better. Documenting this. Next contact better business bureau

Lance Collins: I dont write reviews but......I am very impressed with the two that delivered our family member home from the hospital on 1-09-23 at 6-8 pm. These two a young man and women went above and beyond. They helped make other equiptment in the home function so our family member was comfortable. Hats off to tri county!!!I would highly recommend them.
Judy Richards: Should be no stars. Horrible service. The paramedic acted as though she had something to prove. Or she wanted the guys to know she was in charge. Not the time or place to act like that. She did not listen to what i was saying about my veins. She left a hand print on my under arm. She jabed the needle into the bone of my wrist. Then blamed me for moving. I apologize for cusing. If you can imagine how painful and streesful this was. I was transported for possible heart attack. She did not make me feel any calmer.
Beth Long -Farrer: I've never experienced such rude "professionals" So I call 911 I identify myself my location and tell dispatch ( I don't know what's going on but I know they are running a code on a patient in the room) she says ok I will send a unit I said in return the ambulance bay to use and street. So EMS arrived with horrible attitudes as if we did something wrong and proceeds to say ( this isn't what we were called out for) arriving in patient room who is receiving CPR mind you, and begins throwing items around all madd pouting like somechild not wanting to clean his bedroom. Who does this? WHO acts this way!!!? This is by far the first time Tri- county has arrived with rotten attitudes. Makes me miss Lutheran.

Sue Cox: Our mom was transported back to her assistant living place after being in the hospital very sick. Eric K and Trevor E were her transporters. We have not been able to see her for 6 weeks and do not know when we will be able to. We met them outside of the facility and they let us visit one at a time with protective gear on. Not only did this mean so much to her family but it meant the world to my mom. She had told us how alone she felt through all of this. We truly believe with just that visit they let us have, not only made her day but will make the difference in her further recovery. Thank you is just not enough!Sincerely,Sally's Family

rueben james: Cronyism is practiced daily at Tri-County Ambulance Service this is evident from Todd an Al, CEO and Manager, respectively hiring and retaining, and promoting his family and friends to positions without merit. When practices are questioned by employees who attempts to improve or dare question the processes he or she is terminated with extreme prejudice. The attrition rate at the company is way above industry standards.
