Tony Palmer: Washing machine went out on Sunday night.Called and ordered 2 parts for a LG washing machine on Monday and parts came from another store on Tuesday and fixed it in 20 minutes !!!!!The best customer service ever and would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you !!!!!

Rick Clary: Good enough inventory that they had the valve I needed for the stove repair, and since I was only in town for a couple of days, & helping the local church with repairs, I couldn’t wait to have the part shipped so I paid FULL SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE!!! Nobody ever does that anymore!!!! Those aren’t real prices!! Note: You can get your parts for 25% of what this place sells them for!!! I paid $97 for a $25 part, but that’s what I had to do. But trust me, I WON’T DO IT AGAIN!!!!

Internet price at the most is $50.00. According to the manager labor cost per hour is standard industry rate of $250.00 per hour. Highly advise staying away from this business.Service:Dryer repair

They cut the hose back and said the issue was resolved. After running the washer for the first time, we found it was having the same issues and was still broken. The company charged us $80 to look at the wash machine and booked. Unresponsive for close to a month. We have been, and continue try to contact this company. Have been promised a call back and never was called back. We have left several messages on voicemail for a return call. We are still waiting for the return call for this company to make things right. Showed up with in that time frame and did the job very quickly. Part needed was in their work van and they were able to make the necessary repair to have me back up and running. They repaired a Kenmore washing machine. That were very affordable. Very efficient. Very professional. I would highly recommend them!
Brandon Galvan: The guy that came to repair my washer didn't seem to want to bother repairing it that he just told me that I needed to get a new washer. He didn't take it apart to check. He opened up the lid to "check" what was wrong and that was it He didn't wear a mask as well which was disrespectful. I was expecting better service. I don't recommend this place. We absolutely can ask it. Regardless, he would not wear a mask to come inside. Please be aware of working with these people!

Mark T.: After contacting another service who did not return calls after looking up parts information ,I called ED's, the person on the was very knowledgeable and after explaining my issue knew what my issue was and possible part needed for my 3 yr old Amana washer. Now here's the part of "really good customer service". I can see why they are a busy, well thought of place. Explained after part was in, would be about 1-1.5 weeks until installing part. (was hoping for a day or so.) Was giving a name of an individual who might be able to accommodate my schedule request. Part came in 24 hours later and was installed that afternoon. They GAVE UP BUSSINESS to help me out!!! Who does this nowadays? Ed's did, that's who. I will always recommend ED's There were my saviors this week.
Mark Wood: i called eds about a whirlppol refegerator that was 20 years old freezer worked refegerator was warm the lady i talked to said it might be iced up or it also could be a defroster issue .so she explained to me what to look for and how to take it apart .she was right it was frozen defrosted it put it back together and check it today works fine .eds appliance gained my buisness thanks again mark wood

Edgar came out and was very polite and courteous to my wife. He found out what was wrong and had the parts with him and had it up and going in a few hours while it was 104° out. All I can say is thank you. I will refer you to everyone I know.

Michael Warner: Very disappointing. Twice. The first visit was a year ago. Three hundred bucks and the problem was not repaired. Tried again this year. Another hundred dollars with the same disappointing results. Finally was able to diagnose the problem on my own. It has turned out to be an entirely different problem. I shut off the ice make and, voila, the leak stopped. Now it will probably be another few hundred to fix that problem. There doesn't seem to be any end to this ball of twine.
