chad ladyga: Chris was completely rushed the whole time, wasn't thorough at all. The appraisal was obviously rushed even after waiting two weeks to hear from him. You can tell he was only trying to get as many appraisals done as he could in a day. His appraisal came in 18k less than original two years prior of new construction and after multiple upgrades. I wouldn't spend a dollar for his appraisal but unfortunately I wasted $500. I have many comps that are 50k more than his appraisal and after asking him to reconsider he didn't respond for 7 days. If you are assigned this man do not waste your money. I should of believed the reviews.

Todd Andrews: I have been unlucky enough to have this company assigned do an appraisal for me twice. Both times they have seriously under valued the property. Both times I have been forced to switch lenders pay for a new appraisal which both times have come in for the current market value well above the Appraisels Plus appraisal. This appraiser was $30,000 low on a property that made the sale fall through. I then had to relist the property and it sold to the next buyer one month later. Total waste of time! If you want your sale to go through and you are unlucky enough to have this company get assigned to your loan, then you might as well just cancel the sale and pay for another appraisal.
