april gabrich: I booked my son in law a 45 minute Deep tissue massage for his Birthday and was looking forward to the massage. He told me the atmosphere was amazing when he walked in the door and it ended. He was called back late was done in about 30 mins. He therapist he had was talking the whole time about his life and only massage his shoulders and felt the same as he walked in the door. I called and spoke with Sarah about the customer service and Sarah called me back to tell me that her manager said I could have a 10% discount and they it was odd because that person doesn’t talk. So pretty much calling me a liar about his experience. I wasn’t looking for a discount which I didn’t receive because the computer would let her discount the 7.00 dollars, so I was charged full price. Needless to say the customer service is awful!!! I do not recommend.

Angelica Mascorro: I had my first microderm facial at Therapeutic Indulgence with Karen. The process from start to finish was great. The receptionist was nice. I waited no more than a few minutes before I was greeted by Karen. She made me feel comfortable and focused on my skincare needs. I enjoyed her personality and skincare knowledge. I was so relaxed, I’m surprised I didn’t fall asleep. I left with my skin having a nice glow. I will definitely be returning soon.

Lillian Bodnar: I'm a little upset..Jody did my express facial, which was nice, she even did an enzyme peel (I explained I had never had a peel or facial before- clearly I'm new to this then, right).I expected some sensitivity but omg.... After the appointment I wanted to purchase some of the products they sell (skin script). She recommended the glycolic cleanser and a moisturizer.. cool, right?EXCEPT she never told me you're NOT suppose to put glycolic acid on your face for at least a week after an enzyme peel!???? I received zero post peel instructions and now my face is turning into a leather bag -.- it is sooooooooo dry and almost burnt like, my undereye area is SO red, dry, and puffy.I also found out enzyme peels are best at room temperature and they're not suppose to be used with a steamer... which she did.She made a comment about learning something in school (different topic) but it was "so long ago" so I ASSUMED she had been doing this for a while... I trusted my face in her hands, literally.tbh idk if this happened on purpose, or what... She kept trying to refer me to the SB Clinic dermatologist for treatment and kept commenting on my moles when I never said those bothered me?I go back in a few weeks to see Shanda but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hesitant, but, I need to make sure if my face is F'd after this weekend that someone there that uses those products can help.If not, I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere ugh!

Lindsay Heldreth: I normally don't write reviews, but I was very pleased with the experience I had here and I didn't want my compliments to go without being said in some way! I went in for a deep tissue massage with Jamie Yungandreas, who is a new massage therapist there I believe and she was absolutely lovely! She was very receptive and responsive to what I needed out of that appointment and provided exactly what I needed. She used just the right amount of pressure, and seemed to intuitively know what areas have been troubling me the most! I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her specifically, although I'm sure their other MTs are just as wonderful!I selected Jamie initially because of her background in blue collar work and sensitivity to the needs of working folks. I'm a graduate student now, but my roots in working class life have always made me hesitant to book an appointment where the focus for an hour is on my body's needs, because that's rarely ever a huge priority in my community. It was really nice to see that not only was that her background, but that she implements it into her practice as well by tailoring her sessions to the client in question. Can't wait until next time -- I'll definitely be back!

She was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend! I also love the yoga classes here. The space is great and the teachers are lovely.

Relieved a pain from underneath my shoulder blade that I had been dealing with for 25 years.....however, I was uncomfortable with the personal questions I was asked and being a disabled veteran, I certainly did not appreciate some comments about disabled patrons made by the owner Kyle Griggs, definitely reccomend to my Veteran brothers to go elsewhere!

Joanna Skros: I had an amazing experience at New You Oasis! I had my first professional sugar waxing done (legs) after a few DIY attempts and was a bit nervous, but Anita was awesome. We chatted through the entire thing, which made the whole experience fly by. She was also very careful to give me all the info I needed to know about post-sugar care. Will definitely be coming back!

I paid $120 (credit card precessor was down so I had to run to the bank to get cash and come back) for a 90 min massage, after an hour, I was asked to speak to someone who spoke English on the phone during my massage. The lady on the phone told me they had to end my session early for another client. Now mind you before I came they said Walk-in were accepted. They ended my session early gave me back $50 and told me to come back tomorrow for 30 mins free.Came back the next day, this time I called to make sure I had an appointment and the lady on the phone said sure go there now she is available. So I go there and get the same lady who did my massage yesterday only to find out they only have me 10 mins free and that I actually needed to pay $40 for a 30 min foot massage. Needless to say I just walked out and took my money elsewhere.I will never do business with thia establishment again they are very unprofessional and did not meet my expectations.

Chaise (sorry if spelling is incorrect!) was my massage therapist and the 60 min Relaxation Massage was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Although this never concerned me, it was my first time receiving treatment from a male therapist, and I wanted to make this point if any of you ladies are hesitant with treatment from the opposite-sex; Chaise could not have been anymore courteous and comforting during the massage. Again, my experience was delightful and I will certainly be a returning customer.

If you don’t want to read the long review, here’s a synopsis: DON’T book Melissa for a massage as she is unprofessional and from my wife’s experience, just bad at giving a massage. Also, DON’T expect any decent compensation for a bad experience other than a small discount for a massage.Here’s what happened:My wife came here on her birthday in October, and had a terrible time with Melissa. I’ve waited this long before leaving a review, because we did put in a formal request to Haley, and Haley assured me we would be contacted within the next couple of days by the manager Lashondra (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly). I was actually really hopeful as Haley was very kind and understanding over the phone. Lashondra did call back in a day or two, but it has been some time for us to call back as life has been pretty crazy for us.My wife had been looking forward to this massage for a month, and Melissa made it a stressful experience from the beginning. First she didn’t know it was supposed to be a prenatal massage, and tried to get my wife to go to the front desk and fill out forms, even though my wife had received a prenatal massage a few times already at this location. Once Melissa knew that, she acted like she was put out and inconvenienced by my wife, causing more anxiety.The massage felt like when you have a friend apply sun block to your back. When she asked for more pressure, Melissa refused (even though she supposedly does firm massages according to her online profile). She also completely ignored any and all knots. Basically she would find a knot, pretend it wasn’t there, and lightly rub around the knot and move on. My wife also specifically requested her to focus on the neck and shoulders, and Melissa didn’t do them at all.I understand everybody has bad days, but it seems like Melissa did everything wrong when it comes to giving a massage. She represented the company poorly and made my wife feel terrible. I’m honestly not sure how she got passed the vetting process.I don’t think it’s out of the question to hope for a free massage for my wife since the one she was looking forward to was abysmal, but they offered a massage at a “reduced rate” for $75. Massage Envy, do better.

We are grateful to have had these helpers at this time in our lives.

When I went to book the appointment, was told they are not able to accommodate the request. I tried to help come up with solutions but nothing was done. Manager called me back after a daily vm had been left for her over a week. She apologized but said there was nothing to be done. I asked for her boss to call me and was told she is too busy. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I guess you can tell customer whatever you'd like. I can't get a refund or anything to go somewhere else that will follow through with what they offer. Will not be going back again.

Diane Taylor: I have had a membership for a few years and this last year has been a rip off. I had a microderm infusion today, which is a 50 minute hands on service. I received a 30 minute service. I was then informed that this counted as 2 services instead of the 1.5 services it cost me last time. All for getting just 9ver half the time I'm paying for. This isn't the first time this has happened. I also had a 50 minute facial a few months ago and received 30 minutes of it. I answered the survey I received to communicate my dissatisfaction, and never heard a word. I also had a 90 minute massage that I would presume should be 80 minutes of hands on and got 70 minutes. This location is terrible for providing the services that you have already paid for, and now they throw a card in front of you with how much you should be tipping for each service. The employees are nice enough, but it's difficult to get appointments and then to be ripped off with the times is terrible customer service. Thankfully, I have canceled my service, but now I will be a half service short to even get a final service that I've already paid for. This place needs some help.

Tina Helbling: During Covid, I was told I need to where a mask, plus would have to be face down with it on. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. I had 130$ on my account for unused sessions. I was told as we agreed that they were mailing me gifting cards with the amount of a session on each card so I could give as gift. Well come to find out they sent them without enough postage, so after 3 months going by they call me and tell me they got them back because my address was wrong. Come to find out not enough postage for them to be mailed was the real issue. I have been gave the runaround through this the whole time I am fed up and plan to seek council!! Also AMY THE DISTRICT MANAGER DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK AND I AM MORE THAN DONE!! Do not get locked into the the membership find a massage therapist that works for themselves or go the the college where they are great and cost way less.
