Rave McCarthy: I was greeted as I walked up to the counter. I had the Mardi Gras mac n cheese and the cloud Walking latte. Roan (I am hoping I am spelling that right) is an excellent cashier with great customer service.

I'm pretty sure the lady at the register that took our order was new or something because she acted very uniformed about everything. They pretty much was out of most things we asked about. Our table had I can't even tell you how many layers of filth on it. We had to place napkins over the whole table. Floors are dirty, the bathroom tho are by far are worse than any forgot about truck stop.Food wasn't horrible but was good enough to finish, Especially for the inflated price of it. I thought when we walked out, for what I just paid for all of this why did I have to bus my own table?! Mishawaka is WAY better!

From the cashier not being aware of changes to specials to the kitchen making the wrong food and the manager arguing with me about the food until we looked at the ticket from the kitchen that showed we did in fact order what I said we had ordered.Four of us ate today. Three of the meals came out wrong. Mistakes happen. Not a problem. Arguing with a customer and being rude. That is a problem.As we were leaving, the manager left the restaurant to sit in a car directly in front of the door for a smoke. His car. In 2 hour parking. In a prime parking space for customers.The overall impression I got today was Chicory Cafe's staff is poorly trained by management that just doesn't care and can't be bothered. Such an awful experience.
