They would show me what a good caliper should look like and what a bad one looks like.It really helped me out and put me at ease.Well a couple about a week goes by and something g seemed to go wrong g with my aur condition again and I called them and made an appointment to bring it in so they could fix it.It was actually an issue that was related to the air condition but not the initial thing they fixed, but it was a simple part that regulated the temperature that needed to be changed.They were super awesome and totally replaced that part and fixed it and did not charge me an extra penny.Most places would have charged me another 200 bucks or more, but not these guys.Wow.I am so sorry I took so long to make this review 😪Please forgive me.If I lived closer I would make this place my go to for all my vehicles. They reimbursed my repairs from Kyle's, and apologized for not clarifying my options on my first call. I did feel stonewalled, but this response changes my thinking. F&J has been around a long time, and I can't imaging them doing so unless thoroughly competent. Everyone makes mistakes, it takes class to admit and amend them.

Michelle Schildknecht: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AUTO REPAIRS! My husband took his truck for a transmission flush and oil change three weeks ago. When the truck was returned the transmission was slipping. He called and explained what was happening they told him to bring it back in, they would redo it and there was a filter they didn’t know about. The truck is still not right. And to top it off we checked the oil today it was a quart low and dirty, so clearly they did not do the oil change. Very disappointing. When my husband told them he was not happy they had no response other than “understood”. There were no problems with our truck before TMT got a ahold of it. We will never be back!

Avoid if you can!After spending close to $4,000 on repairs at this shop I came away with a car that still had a significant problem that was caused by how the work was done that day, (and eventually led to my cars engine being ruined). The main reason I did not return after the initial work was completed was because I felt like I was manipulated into spending a lot of money, (and would have continued to be had I returned). Lupe P: UPDATE -This was Dales auto repair NOT TMT I haven't tried the new owners yet. Hopefully as good as Dales.2/7/2023I had a low tire and stopped in... they we're so very nice to me. I even had the pleasure of chatting with owner Dale as well while I waited. They wouldn't even take my money for helping me with my tire. I would highly recommend Dales for the people and the wonderful service they gave me.

Gerald Jones: Hello Michiana!!! Again patiently waiting for a direct response from TMT Leadership as to when my car will be repaired. It has now been over a month. Just a refresher... my vehicle went into have transmission work performed, I was told it was done and apparently not as days later the same issue arose and the car is not driveable. Since then I have been contacted by their attorney to only communicate through counsel only and not to communicate with TMT ownership...wow and okay???
