Apinynu8d News Network: I drove 6 hours to come buy cars here and let’s just say their definition of runs and drives is a stretch to say the least. IAA colludes with dealers and high volume dealers to deceive small time buyers and get them to believe they are buying running vehicles

PR: Be careful this place employs and is run by a bunch of thieves. If your car gets towed here they will steal anything of value as soon as it's unhooked.
Eboni Hosea: I paid for my public auctions License two weeks have passed since then an still have Not received my auction buyer number . I have tried to reach out several time via phone , voicemail and email and have not got a response explain why that is . This will be my second time missing upcoming auctions because of it.

C 1020: Theifs work here. Said they bagged up everything from my car. Wouldn't allow me to get into the trunk. And was missing a lot of stuff. Try to make sure all your stuff is out before it gets towed here or you will be missing stuff for sure.

Heather Ordway: They repo cars for the bank I went through to finance my SUV! They had my car for 2 days! We gave them no fuss when they came to pick it up..handed over they keys willingly. They didn't put it on the flat bed at all a guy drove it right out of my driveway! They charged us 350 for the repo fee and nother $50 for storage after they put a massive hole on my driver side door and tried to blame it on my husband! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Mike Rice: The best dealer-only auction in the Midwest! The owner, Karen, is the nicest lady you could meet. She takes care of dealers and offers a full service auction: floor plans, detailing, condition reports, delivery and a cafe! There is no better place, as a dealer, to buy or sell a car.
