Christy Kruszka: I love that You Win is so incredibly knowledgeable and that I can walk in and describe what is going on with my vehicle and he knows what's wrong and what I need to fix/replace (almost every time he's correct)! He always goes above and beyond, from putting my wiper blades on, to listening what strange noise my vehicle is making, to replacing the key fob battery for me. It's a big relief to walk in and see him behind the counter, I know I'm going to get the correct part and the best service. You Win is the best!

Jon: Nice place. Clean & friendly. Ordering online and picking up in the store is worth looking into, as there are sometimes online-only coupons that still work this way. I feel like they may have a little bit better selection of things than their competitors...but that could be coincidence too.
Jester: Decent establishment if you are trying to find that certain part for your vehicle. If you are going into this location expecting perfection this may not be the best place for you. The customer service are friendly and helpful as best as they can be. On a 0-10 rating scale overall I give this location a strong 7.

Hayley Magaldi: Staff was NOT helpful AT ALL. Said they would help us put a new bulb in our car. We waited outside 20 minutes, then went back inside and asked them AGAIN to come out and they said they'd be right out, and again, never came out. Nobody else was in the store except the 2 employees. It was a nice night out, so it wasn't cold or rainy. Just lazy.

Kyle “igot80hd” Mitchell: The older lady seemed too busy to help. I asked for map gas and was met with a snobby attitude to go look down isle 1. I didnt find it so went back to ask to look the part number up and again met with “if you dont see it we dont have it” very rudely and in a raised voice. I work for one of their commercial accounts so I’ll be sure to spread the word how bad the service was.
Amanda Robledo: They were extremely helpful, checked my car for like 5 things, just bought a vehicle and it shut down on the 1st day, 10 hour road trip! They found a shop for me to get everything done and really saved the day!My husband and I were very stressed out and these guys were incredible! Helped us turn a stressful situation into something we could easily overcome and have fun in the meantime running around town.
