Susan Staszewski: I bought a sectional several years ago. I love the shape and design, but the fabric has had it! I called Tepe's to re-upholster. They charged me more than what I had paid for the sectional originally. What came back was not my sectional. They had re-designed the cushions completely, and the lines of the couch are very angular, not curved. Don't get me wrong, they did a beautiful job with the fabric. The workmanship is lovely, but this is not sectional that I had wanted. Had I wanted a new design, I would have bought a new sofa. Tepe Furniture went out of their way to correct the problems. They were so nice, and the couch looks great! I look forward to using their services again, the next upholstery project that I have. Thank you Tepe's!
