Lin da: I called his company yesterday inquiring about the cost of some awnings and spoke to a nice lady in regards to size and price according to my window measurements. She said she would call me back with the information. My contractor called me instead telling me they did not want my business and basically that I should go elsewhere. I tried to get some answers by calling back this business. A very rude man told me I was unkind to this woman I had spoken to previously, and that they don't do business with customers who question permits. I have no idea where any of this came from and only wanted to purchase two awnings. When I asked specifically what I said that made him so upset, he had no answer and hung up the phone on me.I too am a business owner. Making bad excuses for not being interested in servicing a customer is a very unprofessional practice. Telling the truth would have been nice.
