Emerald Copeland: Terrible company that supports domestic violence and helps criminals. Closing my account with them permanently. Now that we’re in this inflation period the “services” they claim to offer they do not anymore. Also very problematic if you are traveling to places such as Chicago because you cannot even ask ATMS due to them all being locked in lobbies because they act like ghetto trash there. Had to find a new bank because as someone who’s business gets paid in cash I cannot afford to waste time not being able to make deposits due to the recklessness of other individuals. Picked this bank because it would allow me travel and the convenience of having access to my bank however this place is nothing but problems at this point.
Yvonne: Some of the workers will treat you like you don't exist. Very rude and disrespectful. One of the "Karens" walked right in front of me and didn't even say excuse me. She did it intentionally. Lucky for her, I refused to stoop to her level. Didn't feel like catching a case that day. Fortunately, I can change banks! :)I'm so happy to be leaving AmeriKKKa soon! I finally scheduled an appointment with a banker after previously arriving and seeing multiple, personal bankers, not assisting anyone ... but no, I had to schedule an appointment.I showed up 5 min early, waited 20 min, then just left.Last week was my 5th and final attempt, done with this institution.Thanks GuPersonal touch goes a long long way.Stoked to open accounts at 1st Source, should have gone there in the first place.

M N: I like Chase in general because its international. I use this location often and I've never had a bad experience here with a teller, in fact they are always great to work with, which is why I gave it two stars. The customer service with the bankers, however, is abysmal. In my most recent visit I was there to discuss opening a new five-figure account and discussing investments of a significantly higher amount. I was told by a young Asian woman who's name I don't remember, but who's also ignored me multiple times there, that even though there appeared to be 4 non-teller employees there that they didn't have the time to see me. Guess I'll be keeping the bulk of my money where I get offered a cup of coffee and called sir or Mr. when I walk in the door.

I called needing the direct deposit form (would’ve taken 1 minute). THIS BRANCH IGNORES CALL MOST OF THE DAY. This rate is only for this particular branch. The rest of them ? EXCEPTIONAL!

Ashley Bell: Have went to this branch several times, every time the tellers are really nice and give treats to the kids when they come. Have went to this specific branch location for resolution on several issues I had with other branches. I also went here recently to do a transaction and my vehicle wouldn’t start back up. I rolled it to a parking spot and a couple of minutes later the branch manager came out to check on us. She offered for us to come in the branch with all of my kids to wait for the tow truck. She offered refreshments even for all of us! This branch always goes above and beyond customer service and our family really appreciates it especially when I haven’t liked the transition from Wells Fargo I continue to be a customer because of this branch! So way to go!!!

alexa pagan-santiago: My mother went here to do a wire transfer and was “helped” (if we can call it that) by a woman named angel, when my mother pronounced her name with a spanish accent she immediately received backlash & told my mother to not say her name as such (only way she knew how) and when she asked to do a wire transfer, Angel immediately sighed & gave a stank attitude to where my mom just decided to leave instead of dealing with her. I strongly suggested to my mother to leave that bank.

Corbin Trent: The bank on Mishawaka Ave has to have the absolutely worse service I have ever seen in my entire life. I am standing in line right now as I am writing this review. I have been standing in like for 15 minutes with the same woman behind the desk just looking at me. When I asked if she was going to help me she told me I would have to wait for the other person to come back from the bathroom. When she finally walked out 20 mins later she started helping people in the drive thru line. I asked what was going on she responded she is helping you as I listened to her take care of person after person in the drive thru line. Finally when I spoke up again my check and I' was taken. There is no sense of urgency or customer recognition at all. Just blows my mind that the customer service is so bad here and the people that work here get away with it.

Scarlett Mclain: I am a previous Wells Fargo customer, and have been happily for several years. Flagstar stepped in and bought the Indiana branches, and have know about this transaction for the better portion of the year. They failed to send out debit cards, checks, and other pertinent account information prior to the exchange. Their websites publicly stated that ATMs would be operable until Friday 11/30 at midnight, which they were not. And Wells Fargo was not made aware of that time frame. Their online banking is still down and is quoted to be down until 12/4, according to the 888 number you can call. The 888 is now just a recording, you cant even access a live person or a menu option. No one can see their account balances, and the banks are all packed in person. This was absolute insanity to botch something this big, right after Thanksgiving, the first weekend of the month and right before Christmas. They lost at least 1 customer, I'm sure there will be more to follow.

I had to use the restroom as I had been driving for a while before getting here. They refused to let me use the restroom that employees have and made me go to a nearby gas station which only had an employee restroom as well. Happy to see the gas station attended had more customer service sense to let me use their restroom....

Jay: Wow, just called to ask a simple question and intended on asking another but I was promptly hung up without a word after I was answered. No wonder your rating is so bad. Funny thing, my 5 seconds of interaction with your rude employee told me all I need to know.I would suggest avoiding this joke of an establishment.
Mxtt Beats: This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I got approved for a credit card around 2 months ago and they withdrew $300 from my account. I have still not received the card. I’ve called the customer service line 4 times now. The 1st time I verified my address and they told me to wait a few more days, although it had already been 2 weeks. The 2nd time I called I verified my address (again) and they told me someone forgot to put a stamp on the envelope and it was mailed back to them. So they sent out a new card (another 7-10 business days) about 2 weeks went by and still no card. I called, verified my address (for the 3rd time now) and they told me to wait a few more days. Today is the 4th time I have called behold they have an incorrect address for me EVEN THOUGH I HAVE VERIFIED IT 3 times over the past 2 months. So today they sent me out another card, another 7-10 days, and I am losing faith that I will ever receive it. I asked how I would be refunded my $300 if it doesn’t show up this time and get this they will “mail” me a check. MY ENTIRE ISSUE IS THAT THEY CANT EVEN CANT EVEN MAIL ME A CREDIT CARD. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY!

Emily Sowder: Paid my car loan off in full 2 years early and they won’t stop my payments automatically. Now, I will either end up going my old monthly amount until I get the form by mail to sign and send back or call my real bank and begin their stop payment process, which will cost me a fee of $50. So to keep my money I have to pay or wait forever to get reimbursed for the money they don’t need to take out because my loan balance is zero. I tried to get them to send me this stop payment form via email so I could get this done before the 15th (7 days from now), but they won’t do that for security reasons.Just stop my payments when I don’t owe you anything. Makes logical sense. Thank goodness your not my bank. I will never do business with you again.

Seriously Sickened: I just I just opened a checking account and they had NO MANAGER for this store. Apparently the Hispanic lady helping me open my account was substituting from another store and messed up and didn't send my debit card because she was too busy screaming in my face at other Hispanics walking in the door talking in Spanish and she wasn't paying attention to my situation and she told me I would be getting my new debit card in 7-10 business days but it's been 14 and I still haven't received it. Apparently after calling another store they said she NEVER EVEN SENT IT!!!! I've never dealt with such horrible customer service by a manager of a bank dealing with my hard earned money. Don't expect to get a debit card for a month going with this bank.

John R: Last time I went the entire atm was broken and they were in the middle of being closed for a week. Something is typically broken when I visit the atm here. Usually the deposit function for cash and checks is broken. Tried to contact pnc through the app and someone replied but i cant check it because the entire app and online service is now unavailable 5 minutes later. Clown stuff.

Mary Kreske: Went in for a simple transaction. They only had 2 tellers, they were taking care of the lobby and the drive thru. Waited for over a half an hour in the lobby, finally one of the people in the office came out and asked how I was being helped. I told him what I needed and he made no attempt to help me. I waited a little while longer and went somewhere else. Why bother asking, if you don't intend to help me, and are just going to stand there staring at me? I was told at another branch, that he should have been more than capable of helping me. That there was no reason for him not to. They have been shutting down branches and cutting staff. There is no reason they shouldn't have another person who can run the drive thru. The drive thru was also packed.
