A guy named Chris answered the phone and was hands down the rudest person I ever spoke to and hung up on me as I began to tell him what our requirements were.... Totally caught off guard. They knew I had a deadline, so they were even kind enough to call me a couple times in order to reach me. Everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly.Also pricing is good, it's about the same as what you would pay another retailer online, but Fastsigns pick up is cheaper since it doesn't have shipping.
todd laczynski: Nice ladies on the phone but terrible service. I called last week and was told the procedure and how long it would take (which was the middle of next week) I then called this past Monday and went over what I needed to do (uploaded my logo for the sign) I was told it was received, I will have a proof to look over on Wednesday, and if I gave ok it would be worked on Thursday. I heard from nobody. I just called again today (Friday) I was put on hold for 10 minutes then was asked what company I was with again it was crazy busy there. Then after being asked 4 more questions about the order I told them to forget it I am frustrated with this whole situation now and going elsewhere. Both Ladies I spoke to on the phone were very nice which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the poor service I received. This doesn't appear to be the norm based on prior ratings but for me it was poor.

Andrew Snyder: I had Joshua make me some graphics for my van. I provided the logo design, and he knocked it out of the park. Reasonable pricing, he’s easy to work with, and he was able to get it done more quickly than I anticipated. Highly recommend. (P.S. I applied them myself, so don’t blame him if they’re a little crooked! 😂)
Kathleen: Every time I've needed a sign made, I bless the person who referred me to Sign Designs. Joshua Rydzinski is highly professional and every project he has created for my business has been superbly executed. Joshua works with his client, taking their rudimentary ideas and adding his expertise and creativity to produce a far-better product than initially envisioned. I have worked with other sign companies in the Michiana area but their work ethic and products pale in comparison to Joshua Rydzinski and Sign Designs.

John Bergeson: Josh is one of the most unprofessional I've ever met. In an email I asked if he could replicate some decals. He replied to bring them in and he'd see if he can. I brought them to him on April 11, and left them with him. Not hearing from him, I called him a week later and asked if he can do it. He said yes, and he quoted me a price. A month went by with no word from him. All this time I thought he was making the decals for me. Now on May 13 he gave me my stuff back and said he can't do it. A whole month wasted by Josh.

South Bend Symphony Orchestra: The SBSO has used Sign Designs for many years for a variety of printing projects including sidewalk boards, banners, sponsorship signage, vinyl window decals, and drop-in boards for Transpo buses, among others. Josh and Brent are always very friendly, efficient, and willing to help! They are able to meet both last-minute deadlines and assist in planning long-term projects. Their whole team offers great attention to detail on all projects. We would recommend them for any of your future projects!
Erin Bonin: The customer service at Sign Designs is incredible and I would highly recommend them for any business or personal signage/display needs you have. My firm needed two large format (30" x 30") presentation panels mounted on foam core which they said they could do. When I broke the news that it would be a really tight turnaround (file provided mid afternoon Wednesday - needed first thing Friday morning), they didn't hesitate. File prep took longer than anticipated and didn't get sent until late in the evening on Wednesday. They responded by email at 9:30 p.m. that the files were received and it wouldn't be a problem. By 5:00 Thursday evening, I had an email letting me know my boards were ready. Thank you Josh and Sign Designs! I'll be back for sure!

Burkhart has a huge parking lot and guess what they don't use it. I don't come to your house and park in your driveway so don't do it to me. The 3 houses around burkhart signs on Emerson Ave we don't want you parking in front of our homes. We are neighbors don't fu$& that up

Michael Colonna: I came across an LED business sign from an out of business company. While trying to restore it myself, I broke it. I brought it by the shop, hoping they could fix it. A gentleman there was kind enough to speak to me, despite the fact I did not call ahead. He took a look at the sign, explained to me that it would not be cost-effective for his company to work on it. Instead of taking my money, he explained how he would go about fixing it so that I could fix it myself. I thanked him for his time, followed his advice, and now having a working sign. I wanted to post this so that people knew what type of customer service this company provides to individuals who are not even paying for their service.
