I spoke to personnel at Furniture Row and they ended up working with me and getting that section of my couch replaced. Kathy Leuthold: I have been looking for a new recliner and found just the right one. Other places charge $100.00 plus to deliver and set up $50.00 here. Selection was great.

Melissa Gast: Bought a chair and a half, after having it for 3 months something inside of it broke. I called and they came out and said a piece inside needed to be replaced. This was end of November. It is now half way thru march and still hasnt been replaced.

Jenny Bauer: Can't say enough good things about Mishawaka Furniture. Look, it's furniture. You can buy it online and maybe have a good experience or maybe not, and likely get cheaply made (in China) furniture that won't last. I was looking for furniture made in USA and I found that with these guys and received great customer service from beginning to end. Tom is great to work with, follows up when he says he will, and takes good care of his customers to make them lifetime customers. I'll continue buying made in USA furniture from Mishawaka Furniture because I know they will take good care of me and I'm happy to give them my business.

Paul: If only I could rate this place 0 stars I would be happy to do so! My wife and I walked into the store and were kind of greeted by an older gentleman(I’m being extremely nice saying gentleman), we were there looking for a reclining couch and loveseat. When I told the guy I wasn’t interested in the motorized recliners because I thought they moved too slow and if I wanted to get off them fast for some reason I wouldn’t be able to. So this rude guy proceeds to tell me, maybe I should lose some weight! WTF was that supposed to mean? I wanted to jack slap the guy right there! Needless to say, we did NOT buy any furniture from this joke of a place! I mean, who treats their potential customers like this? I will be calling and talking to whoever is in charge today!!! Don’t waste your time!

ERIKA AUTOX: We purchased two recliners during Labor Day. The one recliner was off the floor so we got right away and liked it. The second recliner took over 2 months to come to us and when we did receive it it was awful, nothing like in the store. We returned the recliner which took them forever to pick up and they have yet to return our money minus their restocking fee. I will never go back to this store even though the salesperson we worked with originally was so nice. The customer service on the backside of the transaction has been the worse.

Continued to receive communication including text and email further confirming delivery date and time. Received text upon 15 min arrival.
