Gary Mayfield: It's been a awhile since I have been in a Menards, I was surprised at the amount of things they have compared to several years ago. They have a lot of things that the blue and white competitor doesn't. I have always gone to the competitor but think I might be making more visits here when I need something. Now this was just one trip so I will adjust the review as needed if anything changes but, customer service was great and answered questions I had on the location of products and such.

Bob Bobby: They refused a refill on a legal certified 100lb propane tank that was certified this year in January because it was 15 minutes till close and claimed it wasn't a legal certified tank saying any one can engrave it even tho Franger Gas Company, Inc Elkhart certified it. Not mentioning names for legal reasons but there team that handles takes are lazy.

Brian Bucklew: Contracted the delivery and installation of a dryer and pedistal to a third party. The third party delivered the wrong pedistal and didn't do the install. Lowes refused refund on the pedistal and install because I didn't drive back into town with the pedistal for 72 hours despite the fact that I had valled the same day to report the issue.

The staff, as always, was friendly and very happy to see a dog.Earlier this year, we were looking for a dehumidifier. An employee here immediately asked if we needed help, then led us to the humidifiers instead of vaguely pointing us in the right direction. The employees at this Lowe's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help.

Zach Carroll: I went to buy 3 sets of steel storage racks today and decided before I went to grab them that I would ask customer service to assist with grabbing them. She pages someone and then asked if I had a cart. I didn't so she sent me to the other side of the store to grab one. I thought no big deal but at the same time that's why I was asking for assistance. I then go to aisle finding no employee to help me I decided I would load it myself for efficiency. Once I check out I then asked for help to place them in my car and she pages someone. After 15 minutes I just decided to do it myself. There were employees all over the store and standing around. This wasn't a task I was incapable of doing but if a customer asks for assistance it should be done. In a timely manner considering the abundance of staff.

Chy Chy: They had things that I tried getting at other stores. The other stores were very over priced and quality was low. And, they actually had friendly people working. Also I could access someone to assist me loading my vehicle. Great customer service STILL MATTERS. I get the same service 3 hours to South from here. Great company and consistent. All of these things are what gives a company nuy in from their surrounding community. Even though we are being pushed to thick otherwise. Human interaction is what separates us from say, a block of cement! 😉
