Eddie Goddard: I work there.
Mikaela Farrugia: Great bike shop! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took the time to explain to me my options, specifics of my secondhand bike, and had very reasonable prices and quality equipment. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Plus the music in the store was an A+ and it's very accessable by bike.
First “Sprouts”: Took my 2 bikes told them I think my crank is what's making noise they replaced the pedals cost me way too much still made the noise took it back again got it back still grinding ...just found out it is the hubs all along don't waist your time and money!!

Deborah Haggin: They fixed my bf bike ,he did a wonderful job,its like its brand new,an he has lots of bikes for sale, plz check it out ..I would recommend going an checking his bikes out,an if you need your bike fixed I would strongly recommend this shop..No.1#

Bill Entenmann: I live on Long Island. My son is a student athlete at Notre Dame. I called John and explained that my son had a problem with his Swagtron Swagger 5E electric scooter. John said that he would take a look at it and determine if he could fix it. He gave me both his store and personal cell numbers and asked that my son call him directly. My son spoke with John. John met my son on the ND campus, picked up the scooter and brought it back to his shop. John was able to make the repair to a loose fender and met my son the next morning on the ND campus for a drop off. Simply put: Outstanding service, great repair and at a very reasonable price. John and the Avenue Bicycle Station are tops in my book. Thank you John!

South Bend Bike Garage: what do users think?
Lily Yoder: Amazing service! I got the coolest bike ever.
amanda havens: Always willing to help and to go above and beyond!
Abbie Suiter: The South Bend Bike Garage is a special place. The mission of the company is purely to help and teach people and that is clearly seen through the hard work of so many volunteers. Especially through the volunteers who are there every week making sure bikes are properly working and people are getting the help and healthy transportation they need. My favorite part about being at the Bike Garage is seeing the smiling faces of everyone. The SBBG is truly changing lives and bringing joy to the South Bend community!
Jacob Beshara: I love volunteering at the South Bend Bike Garage!
Phillip Hensley (Phensley): Really appreciate South Bend Bike Garage. Friendly people who are very knowledgeable. I've been there a few times and I have had a lot of help in keeping my bike running. 5 star all the time A awesome community enterprise.
Chelsea King: Truly, some of the kindest people I've met. My friend and I are planning to do the Pumpkinvine Ride and needed a tune-up/check up. We each received help and encouragement from Jim. I love that they try to teach you how to fix your bike, what to look out for, all without ever making you feel silly. Jim explained everything carefully and was extremely helpful. Wonderful place and fantastic people who are doing something really special in the community. If you have a bike and need it fixed, or even tuned-up, definitely take it to the bike garage!
Everett Martin: Wonderful people doing Wonderful things ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇯🇲
Patricia Lesniewicz: I needed my bike repaired. Given a referral. Very nice folks!
Sharon Gillis: Thank you Jacob for fixing my bike. I was in over my head without the proper tools.
Janes Hiles: Absolutely amazing people and place
Andres Ramasco: fantastic place, i bought a bike and they gave me a free helmet. they treated me very well
Bonita Blooding: Fantastic place for all they do.

Catherine O'Connor: This place is GREAT. Zack was incredibly thorough and careful with replacing my popped tire, and showed me what he was doing so I could learn and do it myself next time. They have events on Wednesdays and I look forward to going back!
John Stillson: The South Bend Bike Garage was a great local experience! The staff and volunteers were very helpful in finding a bike that fit my wife and adjusting it to meet her needs. We plan to return again in the future to volunteer and join its growing community!

Pro Form Bike Shop: what do users think?
Bob Bella: Took a bag of Walmart mongoose broken parts and pictures from my phone. 10 minutes later got what I needed in and out and very knowledgeable friendly.
blair zordell: I needed to replace a broken derailleur quickly (racing on Saturday). With the internet suppliers, I know that quick service is not always possible. I called proform Monday afternoon, and they did not have it in stock. Ken checked with the supplier and ordered it for me. Arrived on Wednesday!
Britt O'Brien: Very friendly and helpful. I'm fairly new to the cycling scene and needed some assistance with finding a bike rack for my car. I've previously had some bad experience with other shops where I felt as though I was being snubbed due to my lack of knowledge, but not at all here! Not only did the gentleman assisting me help me to find the proper product, but he was kind enough to show me how to set it up.
Obed Antwi-Baidoo: A good man running the shop with good skills
scott davis: I took my Specialized bike there to repair a broken derailuer ...chain... and tune up.... this bike came back way better than it was brand new!!....great work guys.... and reasonable prices too!!
David E: Great bike shop to visit! They had supplies I have been looking for back home without any luck!
Steve Liskey: To say these folk are helpful is a understatement. Went in on a Sat and they spent an hour answering any and all of the wife and my novice questions. Helped us repair an older bike instead of pressuring us for sales. Wife was guided towards a solution for her road bike even when it move a sale away from them. Took my old bike, spent a ton of time to help me find a fix for it... three other shops would not look at it. To busy. There is no novice beware here. The folks gave us simply one of the best experiences we have had at any store let alone bikes. Mad props to these great folk, not going anywhere else.
Dave Grundy: Had a great experience getting a tire fixed here. I've been to a couple of other bike shops in South Bend and this place blew the others away. I can't believe I never realized this was here. It'll be the first and last stop for my cycling needs from now on.
Matthew Black: Even though they didn't have bikes in our price range, they were very helpful.
Quintin: Very helpful staff and decent prices for a local shop. The staff assisted me in getting the right parts to upgrade a old Fuji into a very reliable, smooth urban single speed. The pricing to have the rear cassette replace, I don’t have the tools, was very reasonable.
G Kame: They sell quality products and provide excellent customer service.
Matthew Fulcher: Fast and friendly service. Had a simple flat--were able to fix on the spot.
Bruce Corbett: Ken and his wife own an awesome shop!! Ken and the guys did amazing job on working and upgrading my ride. Always a pleasure to walk in your shop!! Bianchi rules!!!!
Carl Arelt: They always do as they promise.I ran out of stuff to do on my bike, so I’m now starting to take friends bikes over there.
Stephen Hicks: I never thought I could afford a bike from a real bike shop. However, I was wrong. Ken was great and made it worthwhile and even fitted me to the bike. I have enjoyed many miles on my Scott over the past few years and now am in need of tires and tubes. Even though they are slammed with ND students returning and race season, they are going to get me going before my trip south. This is a great shop with great folks that love to ride!
Jon Grimes: Wow! Customer service and knowledge are unprecedented.
Daragh Fogarty: Quick and friendly service. Prices are standard but not too crazy
Andy Heilmann: Super friendly and knowledgeableThey don't make me feel weird like some other bike shops
Ken Smith: I called this bike shop to see if they would consider shipping a bike since they are an authorized Bike Flights dealer. I told them that I had a vintage reproduction bike. I explained that I was going to purchase the bike if they would ship it. The lady told me they would. So, I purchased the bike and told the customer I purchased the bike from to deliver it here. I then called them to explain the bike would be delivered, and the owner stated that he refused to accept the bike from the seller stating that he was a problem. Apparently he had a previous bad experience with him. I tried to explain to the owner that he was only dropping the bike off because I had no way to get it there. I would be the person paying for shipping but he refused stating he would not accept the bike. No matter what I tried to do to convince him that I would be the one dealing with this, he refused. As much as I hate to post a negative review, I also am a business owner. In my right mind, I could not commit to providing a service, and then back out of doing what I committed to do, regardless of the situation. I believe in honoring what you say you will do even if it means you have to bite the bullet. In this case, the owner just did not want to deal with him dropping the bike off even though I told him, I would make sure he didn't say anything. Deeper into the conversation, the owner stated he didn't want to ship such a bike and it would be too much of a hassle and would probably have to go truck freight. If that's the case, then why are you an authorized shipper with Bike Flights? For a first time experience with this shop, this just doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth. While both the owner and lady (Might be owner's wife just not sure) were both polite to me, it still doesn't help the situation I was placed in. The whole reason I called first before purchasing the bike was to make sure they would ship the bike. Now, I have the hassle of trying to get my money back. If you as a business owner are not sure of complete details, ask before you commit to something, not after.
Kevin Berger: They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Eric Johnson: I noticed problems with my shifting and was in South Bend from out of state for a race the next morning. I called and asked if they could look at it right away. They said yes, and an hour later when I arrived they immediately attended to my bike and fixed the problem. Crisis averted and and I had a great race the next day! Thank you!

Albright's Cycling & Fitness: what do users think?
Chris H: Was planning on buying a bike. Went inside and was the only person in the store with 3 people working. It tooks 5 minutes for somebody to offer to help me or ask if I had any questions, which I did. I had been here multiple times in the past couple months narrowing down which bike I wanted to buy, and had every intention of buying a Giant bike from this store. The sales guy eventually went into a back room and was whispering to his associate about selling me a bike, and eventually made a pitch at selling me a bike that was on the floor, that was specifically not the size I was going for, but attempted to pursuade me that it was the right size for me. It was all very shady and unappreciated. I bought a bike from the Trek store instead and the sales guy there was very helpful.
Ron Wingeart: Best Bikes, Service andDefinitely the Prices. I'm new in town and lucked up on referrals to this Gem.
R Greg Payne: I’ve had several great experiences at this local shop. Bought a Giant Escape for my son and a Giant StanceE for myself in the past few years. Had a warranty issue with a tire and they took care of it right away and provided me a brand new tire free of charge. They also tuned up my son’s Trek mountain bike and it shifts better than new. Whether it’s a new bike, water bottle, tubes, or whatever, this place is my first stop. I like that it’s family owned and operated. Highly recommended.
Nicholas Lowe: So, I just had a great experience at Albright's. I recently bought a bike (brand unknown) to trek to/from work -- it's 8.3 miles one-way. This morning, I'm a mile from my destination and my chain begins slipping in/out of gear; the culprit: loose cassette. I do not have any other transportation available to get me to/from work -- I'm panicked. I can't afford to take a Lyft or Uber more than a day or two. So, I'm playing with it at work with some tools and I can't figure out why it's loose. Later this morning, I begin calling around to local bike shops and I'm explaining the problem as best I can and everyone was nice but they kept telling me a week or more to get any fixes done. UGH! I call Albright's and they tell me, right now, a couple days to a week, depending on the issue. Well, they're the closest to where I live, so it makes sense to go there. That, and considering their the shortest turnaround time. So, after work, I take the city bus to Albright's and I walk in to a friendly gentlemen named Drew. Two seconds later, I'm met my his friendly Labradoodle. He stopped, whatever it was he was doing, to immediately take a look at my bike. So, he just dives right in as I explain all the things I tried to do to fix it. I don't have much of a disposable income. So, the whole time, I'm wondering what's wrong and how much. Well, as I'm releasing my anxiety through mutual adoration of his fine dog, he's continues working on my bike. (I actually made it worse tweaking with it at work). For 10 or 15 minutes, he's plugging away and I take a spin around the store to look at their inventory. They're well stocked for whatever you need, btw. I head back and he's done and the bike is fixed. It didn't need actual parts but it did need some TLC. (This bike was bought off craigslist last week, so I don't know what all it needed or how old it was, etc. I just knew it looked good and it rode well in a circle, when I bought it) I can't even begin to tell you the relief I felt when I knew I had my ride to work tomorrow. Then, I ask him the big question; "what's the damage"? He tells me 'it's all good'. I was dumbfounded and overwhelmed with gratitude. I have $60.00 to my name until payday, tomorrow. I was thinking, the whole time, if I don't have enough to cover repairs, I'll have to leave the bike and come back later this week. Well, Drew, thank you. Your expertise and professionalism are far above and well beyond what I expected or have even experienced in any other customer experience I've had in a very, very long time. You have a customer for life!
Mark Pajor: Great shop. They’ve helped me with a lot of things over the past two years, and today they very quickly took care of my flat tire so I could get back to the Urban Adventure Games.
Anonymous Sources: Good people, good place to buy or service a bike. This place has been around a long time for good reason. Just had the shifters replaced on my grandson's bike, works great.
Luke Troyer: My wife and I recently purchased two Electra Townies from Albright’s and had a fantastic experience. They listened and were knowledgeable on each of our questions. They shared everything we needed to know to be safe and have a great experience riding our bikes. They offered a wide selection and were friendly- all the qualities you would expect from a business that has been in operation for 108 years.
Jochen Rindt: Twice in the past I have had my bikes serviced at this shop and was satisfied with the results. Recently I took my bike in to have a clicking noise from the crank fixed and to have a rear derailleur cable replaced. When I picked up my bike, they had replaced the rear brake cable- NOT the rear derailleur cable that was clearly frayed and which I had shown the mechanic. After riding the bike, I noticed the clicking noise was still there. The bill was $99, of which $4 was parts (brake cable). So I was charged $95 in labor to replace something I did not ask them to replace, while none of the things I DID ask them to do were done. Albright's is a lousy shop-- dishonest and completely indifferent to their customers. Do yourself a favor and do not give them your business.THIS SHOP DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS !!!
Dan Hertel: I bought a new Townie 7D made by Electra, back in April, this is the best bike I have owned. I am in my late 60's and just want to be able to ride 25-50 miles at a time and don't want a racing bike. This bike lets me sit up straighter and not get a back ache. With the 7 gears I can easily ride up a fairly steep hills without much trouble, and in 7th gear I can maintain 12-15 MPH on a flat road. I am tall and this bike is big enough without being unstable. After riding it for a few months I took it back for a 30 day tune up. They adjust the brakes, the shifting, and the handle bars. It shifts so smooth now, the brakes are really quiet and stop on a dime. I dropped the bike off at lunch time and got at call at 5 the bike was ready, wow. This is a great store, very friendly and honest. I have done business with them since I was a kid back in the 60's and I still buy bikes there for me and a few grand kids. Great family owned business.
James Griffitth: Have a lot of knowledge, willing to help. Good prices.Well established shop, 100 + yrs. Jim real customer.
Jacqueline Skwiercz: Great service. Got my son the bike he really wanted.
Jordan Muck: Not a good experience. I went in to ask a few questions about tires for my road bike. Associates that were there stared at me the second I walked in the door without even saying hello. I could tell whatever they were doing was more important than my presence. Store was filthy, items were overpriced, and people were rude. Would not return or recommend.
Anthony Riddle: Nice people
Jesse W.: Took my bike in as the wheels needed truing. They charged me to do the work, just never did the work. I asked if they took the wheels off to do it, they said they did. I have a small "tie" for the brake cable to stay close to the derailer as my rear tire setup is custom. I noticed this wasn't removed and called them out on it. He said he didn't need to remove it. You do..... I did the rear setup and have taken the rear wheel off several times. You absolutely have to remove it to get the derailer off. It's an internal hub and custom derailer.
Makalah Henderson: Everyone there was so friendly and I got a great bike
Jennifer Henderson: Amazing place!! Amazing service!!
Dana Rassas: Grateful for their service. It was a long wait to get my bike serviced but I understand the pressure they are going through. Thank you for making my bike run beautifully.
Keith Hodgson: Exceptional, fast, and friendly service. Highly recommended!!
G Kame: Approximately several weeks ago, I took a bike that I purchased from them about 16 years ago, into their shop to get a new chain and cassette put on and was told it would take about half a week. Went in today to check on it and to see if I could get some upgrades made to it only to find out that one of the brake cables was now snapped. I asked the mechanic if it was worth fixing or upgrading and he stated "It was time to buy a new bike." I took the bike to another bike shop East of town and they wrote me up an estimate to repair, upgrade and service it and said it would be done in a week. I've been a pretty good customer of Albright's over the years, including 5 new bike purchases, so I think the mechanic could have at least called me about why it wasn't finished and explained to me how the brake cable broke.
Cory Gehring: They were very professional. The bike looks really good and the tune up will add another few years to the bike. Highly recommend.
Mr Mike: Quick, fast & friendly!

Outpost Sports: what do users think?
Bruce Burgamy: The business is closed down
Karah Breslin: This store is closed. Please update this location
Dusty Bones: It's ok... Kinda pricey
Peter Trine: Permanently closed
Dan Davis: Looking better, new owner, more products coming.
Thomas Anderson: Bicycle annual maintenance and replace handlebar tape. The Work was good, ascalways.
Cami Peck: The service department remains open. Took about 1.5 weeks to service a set of skis and was a fair price. Polite staff. Would return.
Seth Parker: Took my snowboard in. Paid $85 for services that would have cost me $40 if I still lived in Idaho, but I guess you can charge whatever you want when you're the only place in town to get a wax and tune. You don't get to pick your wax, which was strange to me. They also managed to pull off my stomp pad, which will need replaced, so really it was more like $100 wax and tune. They did a good job, especially on the tuning.
Sarah Cira: So sad to see Mishawaka location close!
Marty Wade: Always enjoy stopping here. Usually it's for bicycle repairs or accessories. The staff is not only very friendly and attentive but extremely knowledgeable. Difficult to stump them with any questions you may have. Unfortunately, the store is closing. The repair shop will remain open, so I highly recommend taking all your bicycle service needs to Outpost. High quality, guide pricing, excellent knowledge and experience.
Isiah Hilley: Forgot to leave my review this place is fantastic
john fitrakis: Nice place. Decent selection of high end bikes. Staff very helpful.
CJ Irelan: Huge group of people, playing volleyball and all that, using Outpost's facilities. Not a single mask between them. Stay away, far far away, from this plague ridden hell-hole.
Reginald Sanders: Nice place but like every bike/sports store, there is a shortage of items, especially bikes, due to coronavirus, waiting for items to be shipped from Asia
Todd Loughman: Fantastic place, we have not been in here since we stopped playing volleyball probably 20 years ago. We went to another local bike shop the other day and we'll that guy is definitely not a good person. So we came here and bought two fat bikes and the customer service was fantastic. Definitely a customer again.
Luciano Villegas: Great place to find bike tools, parts, and services. Have purchased a roof rack and a subsequent replacement of a fork skewer from Outpost. Amazing attention to detail and they go above and beyond to serve their customers!
Eugene Cho: Converting soon to a bike in summer and ski in winter shop from what used to be a full service outdoors store, glad they will still be around in at least some form
shelovesnick: Very pushy staff
Cris Funk: They always had knowledgeable staff, excellent service and a great variety of equipment. We're terribly sad to see them close. They've been outfitting our family with quality sports equipment for over 20 years.
Diana Phipps: The going out of business sale was hyped up to be a great sale but is only 20 percent off. The prizes you sign up for is a racquet too. I am wondering if they are collecting info to sell.
Jared Pritchard: Gary is always my go to guy for new gear! Never pushy and is very knowledgeable. Will go here for all my snow skiing needs!

Trek Bicycle Granger: what do users think?
Rob Reich: I bought a new Trek bicycle at St Pete Trek in Florida and then relocated to Indiana. It came with a 30/90 tune up, but since I moved I couldn’t use it. Went to Granger Trek and they took care of it. A great complete tune up and no charge! What a great team at Granger Trek and Trek has a new super fan! I’m now in the market for a mountain bike and Granger Trek has earned my business and will be my new go to for all my future biking needs.
Ethan Burghardt: Really a phenomenal shop. I moved to the area recently and have gone there 3 times in the past month. The mechanic and the owner/manager (I think) both recognize me and remember what I've been at the shop looking for. Clearly knowledgeable and passionate staff who care about their work. Needless to say, I'll be patronizing this shop whenever possible!
Colt Lee: Staff is extremely knowledgeable, but sometimes can be overwhelming when you just want to look at things. I took a full suspension bike in that I purchased off of marketplace and was unsure of its mechanical condition. Trek of Granger, IN really inspired confidence in my purchase and serviced it at a great price. I was a bit disappointed to find my pedals to be squeaking and had thought it was my bottom bracket since the service notes said it was ridden. Within the first few minutes of riding it I heard the most god awful squeak that I believe should have been noticed right away as it was for me, but no big deal. I replaced them myself and am quite happy with the service they provided. Overall really great people that work there!
Josh Manwarren: Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. First time experience was great and will definitely use again in the future. 👍🏻
Jeff Craig-Davis: Excellent and knowledgeable team
craig brown: Great group of professionals. Super friendly and helpful.
Rebecca Berger: Very friendly and informative. Quick turn-around. No complaints.
Padd: I had a noise that wasn't easy to find in my carbon frame. They found it and fixed it.
Chris Schumacher: These folks have excellent bike services. I have purchased three bikes from them and their previous owner. All have been superb. They also have a great selection of new bikes, accessories, and electric mopeds (if you’re into those). Give ‘em a try!
layne aldrich: Very great service at the store in Granger, shout out to Matthew Lucas for setting me up with my new Marlin 5:)
Jordan Covely: Update: After calling my bike manufacture I found that this store put my bike back together incorrectly. They put the washers in the wrong place and seemed to add one that didn’t fit. A simple google search or phone call would have shown that it was a mechanical issue like I had suggested. Glad it was not a safety related repair. My bike now work great after fixing it my self. Once again very poor customer service at this shop.I took my e bike here to have it serviced. They said they couldn’t work on my electronics because it was not a trek bike. I said that was no problem. They replaced my chain and tried to true up my wheel, but weren’t able to. When I got it home I rode it and the motor would go in and out every time the peddles went around. I dropped it back off they fought me, saying it was not their problem. I explained that everything worked perfect before dropping it off, I just wanted them check and make sure they put everything back correctly. They were pretty unwilling to help but took it anyway. They then kept the bike for a week and a half and then called me and said they didn’t look at it. They said they sent a message to the company but didn’t get a response and that it was not their problem. I am now working to fix the bike. Trek corporate is helping me and said that the experience I received from the shop was not up to their standards and they would deal with them. The whole time the guy running the shop had a terrible attitude and treated me like I was a bother. I was also getting my wife’s bike serviced which we bought from that store. It was over 1k for that bike and they still treated me like they had better things to do. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
Efrain Miranda: Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I drove quite a bit out of my way because they had the bike a wanted. I'm happy with the bike and very happy with the service. The drive was worth it!
Daisylou Alvarez: Friendly staff that is eager to help and that genuinely cares about their customers and products. Very happy with my purchase.
Maureen Stevens: Excellent selection and quality of products. Customer service is outstanding. Definitely recommend Trek Granger!
Juan Fernando Lucio: Good bike, good advise, good service
Nicholas Genovese: Quick turn around on fixing my bike. Excellent service and the staff is friendly.
Stacy Whitehead: Honestly the friendliest Trek bike shop I’ve been in as I walked in the door. Great variety for all biking types. Knowledgeable staff. Lisa, Jeff & Matt were most helpful. Lisa helped me narrow down a new road bike; Jeff ensured the bike was the correct size before I bought it & gave his professional (much appreciated) opinion on the maintenance needed for my mtn and road bikes I currently own and showed me. Staff are practical with maintenance. They read their customers well. I didn’t feel they money gouged me. Prices are appropriate for market value.
Bryan Van Dyck: The Trek team in Granger is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They have all the latest technology and can custom fit you to your bike with their digital computer. Best bicycle buying experience in Michiana!
Mel Chapman: Great selection, knowledgeable team, and a no-pressure environment!! Great experience!!
Chris Anonymous: Great products of course. Went in earlier this week and I will say I was very impressed with the customer service. She was very friendly and helpful from the start. She was awesome with my son. Bought a bike and will be back again.
Jeff Umbaugh: They are phenomenal!

Jack Hengert: First time in the shop. William fixed my flat tire quickly and was a great help with local ride information. I'm new to the area and happily have found my go to bike shop.
Jeff Pazder: It is always a pleasure doing business with Spin Zone. They recently serviced my bike. They had to order a part for me from California. They installed the part the day it was received and called me the same day to let me know it was complete. They have always been able to answer any questions I have and take the time to show me the features of accessories I have installed on my bike. They are great!
dhanichak: I have been a Spin Zone customer for the past 14 years. Our family owns multiple bikes and they have kept them safely operating for all that time.If you purchase your bike at Spin Zone they will make sure it is all tuned upat no cost to you as a customer ( if parts are needed those are extra) for life. It is amazing program which we appreciate.I have a triathlon bike and they always advocate I bring it in before races so they can look it over to make sure it is ready to go. This is so reassuring after months of training. If anyone is looking for any type of bike they should be visiting with Mike and his team at Spin Zone.
Jamie Shea: Mike, the owner, did my build on a custom frame from Italy. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. Also, helped me with competitive pricing for my gruppo, handle bars, carbon wheels etc.
Patrick OMalley: These guys are great. Everyone here is always so helpful and knowledgeable about all things cycling. Mike can fix any bike problem I bring him, and Gavin helped steer me towards the right tires for the type of riding I do. It’s obvious that everyone in the store is passionate about cycling.
Kerry Singleton: What a great experience buying my first electric bike!!.
Joe Barrett: I do bicycle touring (have biked with my wife unsupported coast to coast). and I called several good bike shops in St Joseph, Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, Michigan. However this bike shop was the only one that stocked the item I needed. It was the easy release crankbrothers bike cleats for mountain bike shoes. The others had just the standard release which takes much more force and twist to release from the peddle. The standard release could cause a fall trying to get it to release. Most people should likely be using the easy release unless you are a pro racer maybe. Stocking this easy release cleat demonstrates how much they understand and care about your biking experience.
Chris Galbreath: Great Staff!!!
David Schwenk: I brought my bike in for a repair and was waited on immediately. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was able to pick my bike up the next business day and the cost of repairs were very reasonable. Thanks
David Bishop: Always fast and great quality service
Ty Bauters: Best E Bike shop in town. 🚲
Juan Lopez: Me gusta comprar con ustedes por su atención y variedad de productos !
Fr. Bill Schooler: Spin Zone did a fantastic job of getting my bicycle ready for the summer season. The employees are fantastic.Fr. Bill Schooler
Tyrah Taylor: This is a great place for any difficulties with electric scooters. They offered great and friendly service! Highly recommend!
Kyle Moore: Staff is helpful and made it easy to get my bike fixed.
Kevin Schermerhorn: Take you bike to them and you will be back riding in no time.
Sue Williams: Bought my Cannondale Gravel bike here spring 2022. Never had bike shop spend so much time perfecting the bike to fit me. Had tune up done today. Very reasonable, very friendly. Wish I had started coming here 10 years ago.
Ashton Mooth: really nice people, great help and done in a timely manner. 10/10. will continue to go there
Blake Roeber: Very pleased. Extremely quick service, everything was done to a tee, and the mechanics did a great job communicating with me from drop-off to pick-up.
