elizabeth wills: They were positive and supportive of my decision. They backed me up 1000 % I was cold and blood pressure was high. They gave me a blanket heating pad and put me in a room to relax. They helped me with the procedure I am most grateful to Dr o for being patient and understanding!!

Mitchell A MIIN: It’s clear nearly all the negative reviews here are by people who are opposed to legal abortion, and who have never used the clinic’s services. And they are all just parroting the same talking point; the reason the clinic is currently “unlicensed” is because of the numerous unjust roadblocks the state, and various pro-birth outfits have put in the clinic’s way — so much so a court had to allow them to operate temporarily without one. Then the court case was delayed again, last year, because of the pandemic. The court case is finally getting underway again this week.Whole Woman’s Health Clinic provides an immensely valuable service to Michiana, as attested to by hundreds of women here.
Kelly Pickell: This place is such a blessing! The staff is always courteous and informative. There were even volunteers outside with bright umbrellas helping guide us in. Thank God for clinics like this.

Dayna Spry: Let's just say they said they wouldn't test me for what I booked the appointment for because certain conditions were not met. Well I bought a test kit online that was able to do the test and give me my results. I'm angry because they came back positive and I could've been spending the last 3 months working on getting medication for my problem instead of waiting around for symptoms to show up again. Was entirely unprofessional that wouldn't even offer to do a blood test when clearly they work. I will never be going back

Dana Kingsbury: After calling on the phone to tell exactly what was needed they tell my daughter to come down. 90 minute drive one way. When she gets there, they very unprofessionally tell her they won't replace her implant early. 14 days!!!!! Drove 90 minutes both ways to be told no for 14 days. This is after waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour PAST the appointment. And the "nurse" in the room refused to wear a mask. Horrible customer service. Need people who know what they are doing.

Megan Hill: I have been going to this location for five years and always feel welcomed and happy with the results of my visit. They are always kind and never try to make me do anything I don't want to. They always listen to what I want to do and what birth control method is best for me. I will always support planned parenthood and love this location.
paytience keene: I called back in October to schedule an annual exam and they said they don’t have a nurse practitioner. They wouldn’t have one until January. Well i called again just to see about making an appointment and they still don’t have one. The next appointment would be in March!!! If they have one. People are gonna have to drive to Michigan city or Fort Wayne. That is ridiculous. Not having a nurse practitioner on hand delays people getting checked for STIs, annual exams, etc...

Corinne Blackburn: I went to this clinic for birth control and a general woman's health screening. The nurse sat down and talked with me about the pros and cons of each option for a solid 15 minutes. She made sure I was fully informed and comfortable with my decision. Definitely recommend this location!

Maxie Hafer: The ladies at the front desk are so fun, welcoming, and nice! I got tested, got birth control all at the same time. Got an appointment the same day I came in. They also have very cheap plan b available. So happy I found out about this place!

Personally, I felt way more heard here than I had previously with prior family doctors. I even walked out of there with some prenatals and a list of referrals for OBGYN’s in the area that offer a sliding scale.Me not having insurance was not an issue, they offer sliding scale.I only wish I had known about this place sooner!

Rhiannon Freel: I love the services and kindness offered by Olive; I've been getting exams and birth control here for a couple years and have run into few issues. But, if you're gonna completely close the office for lunches, you REALLY ought to post those lunch hours online. Several times, I've wasted expensive gas driving to pick up my meds, only to find that the clinic is inexplicably closed. Today we stopped by at 1:42, for goodness' sake. I wouldn't need free b.c. if I could afford that, and I'm certain I can't be the only one who's had this issue. Just be up-front and accurate about your hours.
Brandi Simental: I was able to get my birth control out with in 30 mins of walking in to walking out. It was completely free and they even gave me a free 3 month supply of Prenatals as I am trying to have a baby. Their staff was great, friendly and very warming.

Karina Reith: Akilla the “doctor” or whatever the hell she is is the biggest joke I have ever met. Talks down to patients, disregards any issues of her patients. I have gone here for years and am finally fed up. Shut this place down!!!!! In fact. IHC Bendix in south bend is the biggest joke of a doctors office I have ever been in. If I could give this negative stars I definitely would. If your looking for a doctors office that will care about your health, and personal needs this is the place to 100% AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Any “doctor” that is okay with giving and taking away medication that involves the hormonal balance in the brain and will give it for months on end then instantly take it away is not okay with me. Had gotten into a car crash and told “doctor” Akilla that my back was causing pain. Said she would look at my xrays from my hospital visit. No spinal x rays were done but rib xrays were. No call back, when asked about it at my next appointment she seemed to be caught off guard and said “the spinal x Ray was normal” and walked out the door. How can they be normal when none were conducted? Still in pain nothing done not even once physically looked at my back. I will be happily taking my health to another doctor. It obviously isn’t akilla’s top priority for her patients. How she has a License is beyond me. She is a joke of a doctor and should have it taken away. She does not care for her patients in any means.

Keni Price: Absolute worst medical experience I've ever had. I was between jobs and had to get temporary Medicaid for my children and this is where my children were assigned. You cannot see a doctor even if it's important unless you register, and apparently they only do registrations Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9am-11am. Yesterday when I arrived, they were busy eating chips out of their drawer. My daughter was very sick so I looked for tissue and hand sanitizer which they did not have. However they do have two baskets full of free condoms out in the lobby. You rarely see a doctor. You will see one of their nurse practitioners. She seemed very unconcerned. After leaving there and getting no answers and absolutely no help I took my child to the hospital where she was admitted. The staff their is so unprofessional. The room was dirty when we got in there. I would not EVER recommend that place.

James Kauzlarich: Gertrude Mumba-Kaunda is a horrible Nurse Practitioner. Rude. Asks questions, then keeps talking. Does not listen. Orders tests etc. without talking to you about it, or even telling you.
Judy Spitler: I would not trade my medical care here for anything! My condition can be challenging, and it's being successfully treated here. They are doing with me what Beacon and St. Joseph failed to do. Dr. Mumba is patient, thoughtful, caring and thorough, as well as kind. The staff is always friendly, professional and welcoming. I'm so glad I tried this place!

I said great called Walgreens and that was not the case so now a little frustrated I call back and the older woman told me I needed a request for that ( which I did not know) but nevertheless she was rude and hung up on me abruptly!! So I am left with no refill and a sent request with no explanation wow . Super rude woman I’ll edit this soon when I obtain their names

Susan Kay: Local, outpatient multi-specialty health clinic, onsite Lab, no X-Ray. Centrally located, great parking, 8 - 5 hours.I've had stellar, caring service from GP's, NP's, and treatment staff. Front office is friendly, helpful and efficient, waiting time is minimal, the facility cleanliness is terrific. Everyone I've met here is professional and caring. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Wish they had extended or weekend hours!

So my son was never placed on a waiting list. & When I did call the first time I got hunged up on 3 times!! & Everytime I called back asking if she could stop hanging up on me she lied & said she couldn't hear me but I could hear her perfectly fine & I couldnt even finish saying hello back before she hung up on me again & she kept having an attitude. I now have to call over and over til they feel like picking up & ask for a referral to be sent again bt they'll probably will need him to come in again for an appointment so wait another month in order to do that & this whole thing has just set back my son from starting school & being diagnose & further back on a wait list by months!
