Alejandra Cortez: The stuff in the Mobil unit that came to lippert today did a great job, Christina took good care of me. If they come back I’m definitely donating again. We also got a nice shirt. 😊
Cody Frank: I gave blood for the first time at the moble blood drive for Ziker Cleaners. I was facing a fear and had a bad experience in the past. The ladies who helped me today were the best I could have ever imagined. They were all so kind and supportive and clearly good at their jobs. I feel like I can cross this fear off my list and that is 100% because of how wonderful the ladies on the bus were. I hope they're all rewarded for being wonderful representatives.

Markus McKinney: Pretty cool not really much complain about, only thing is pretty slow even when nobody's in line,,! Some staff members are really nice some rude but I guess that's anywhere you go...

Davor Tozan: Can get very busy at times, but the staff does a great job of keeping up. Very clean and organized. Staff is extremely personable and kind.

Devin Stachulak: I gave 2 stars and that's actually being generous. This would be a much better experience if the pay didn't drop because I miss a day here and there. I donate when I have free time...but it's not worth it when they take $5 from you every week you miss and then make you donate 3- 4 times to raise you pay back up. I don't understand how they get away with taking more plasma but paying you less per bottle. They receive $2500 per bottle of plasma and then I'm lucky if I see $60 for the same bottle. I dont recommend octapharma when there are other plasma centers near by that won't drop their pay scales.
Rosalyn Dikes: Staff was very friendly and helpful. It takes more time on your first visit (4 hours if their busy) because your a new donor and you have to read the educational material, watch a video, and get a physical. After that first visit it'll probably take 45 minutes to about an hour to donate. Just make sure you drink your 6-8 glasses of water the day before donating.
Michael Steinhofer: Love the center itself. The team at the Michigan street location is awesome. However as a company, they have continually cut payments for returning donors and it is sad.
David Martin: Both the employees and clients are very friendly. The facility is very clean. The parking lot has enough spaces even when it's busy. The pay scale can be confusing, but my pay always shows up immediately on my debit card.
Randy Prince: Everybody was nice and the facility was clean but it took longer then 3 hours and the bathroom was out of service. I haven't been there in a couple of years so from the last time I was there till now the place has cleaned up

They very unprofessional! I stop coming due to unprofessionalism! I thought by staying away from this place things would get better and it hasn't! I'm going to stop coming again for the same reason. Management needs to do a better job!

Kylee McKie: This place is a joke. The site doesnt mention an early cutoff time for new patients ("4:00" by the way) Nor did they seem intent to answer any of the (several) times I called to ask. We were told after driving from an hour away (Benton Harbor, MI) that they wouldn't see us and try again tomorrow. So today my sister and I decide to make the drive AGAIN because of the decent payout.... We come in the door at 3:20 and are told they'll only take one of us because they had too many people call off and they're short staffed, even after the other receptionist said they only had one new patient a head of us....even if this is the ACTUAL policy, its pretty messed up to not put that out there as public knowledge. It seems like its only courteous to the people who come donate, not all of us have the time and gas to waste.

For 2 days and no answer when I know there’s at least 2 people at the desk just sitting there not a good way to run a business nor keep donators so with that being said we won’t be returning to biomat
lynnette evett: My appointment was for 9am. I arrived at 8:40am and was told to go up to the kiosk. I answered my questions and went and sat down. a girl came in after me and sat down. At 5 minutes until 9am they called the 9am appointments up to the kiosk and then a girl went straight to the back to be screened before me.... So I finally get seated in a donation bed and they had problems with my first stick clotting so they restuck me again and in my first return they had to stop it and restick my other arm. Worst experience I've ever had donating.

Anne Hart: I tried to donate today & was told with my zip code I was too far away, you have to be within 60 miles. They didn't even consider my address which less than 60 miles away. Why does it matter anyway? I drove 55 minutes for nothing.

Shakayla Moore: BEEN HERE 2.5 HOURSSS !!!! Extremely slow!!! Barely any people yet they are slower then a turtle! They take their sweet time getting to people!!! All they do is chat with one another. Not to mention when I gave the lady at the front my SSN and ID, she walked away leaving my identification out in the open and there was a guy looking at it!!! I had to tell her to turn my person information around so no1 see it! Smh 🤦♂️ Would not recommend….Octapharma is wayyyyy faster…I even heard their conversation talkin about who can move faster! Their nice only thing is the many people.
