John Love: When I ordered a set of boat seats I was assured all items would take 3-5 weeks, absolute maximum time. After I placed the order, and was charged in full, I received a note that said some parts of my order would not arrive for 10 weeks. I’m still waiting. I would recommend Overtons, or West Marine for any pontoon boat products.

GARY ROBBINS: ordered a bimini for pontoon boat 5 weeks before it arrives when the website says they are shipping quick. Talked to multiple people there and finally they shipped it. Ordered on June 21st arrives July 25th without the navigation light which I ordered and paid for wouldn't you think someone would check the order before it was shipped to make sure it was right? Especially after someone has called them multiple times. Funny thing is on my packing slip the ship date says June 23rd. Then they get mad when you post a paid review. Amity Burghardt: UPDATE: We are not getting what we ordered. After my e-mail to the customer service address, we finally received a call with an update on our order. We were told that the reason it did not ship is because there were "issues in the supply" for the color of bimini cover we ordered.The company never reached out to us within the 8 weeks that we waited for our order to tell us that there were any issues. We were lied to when we called and they told us the order was in the warehouse and would ship the next day (which was already 6 weeks in). So now we have no choice but to pick a different color if we want to get our order. (maroon or linen, neither matches our boat). There was no offer to make it right, and we were robbed of our chance to find the cover we actually wanted in the color that would match our boat from a different vendor.Original review: We ordered a bimini cover and a door latch on May 15 and my husband has reached out several times to obtain shipping status. He last called on Thursday, June 25 and was told that our order was in the warehouse and would ship the next day, June 26 and we would receive a confirmation e-mail once the order had shipped. We have neither received a confirmation nor the products that we paid for and we are going on 8 weeks. When attempting to call the office to so speak with someone again, a recording comes on to leave a detailed message and then it does not allow you to leave a message. I tried both the 574 number as well as the 888 number. I am not sure if our order is just so small for the business that they are used to, but I would not recommend this company if you are only looking for a few items or if you need to know when your items will arrive. The customer service representatives were also very rude with my husband as though it was not worth their time to provide shipping information for our order.

A Hughes: We contacted them to relocate a lift from a house in the Mishawaka section of the river to the Elkhart section, other side of a dam, in the last week or so of June. They were not able to in the very near future, they gave me a contact for another company that ended up being able to do it. (They did reach back out to us about a week late that they had an opening, we had already scheduled with the other company). Being new to boats and lifts, didn't know there was a difference in the way they operated etc. The trailer for the lift that was brought was not the correct style, which was my fault for not specifying the type of lift it was. Steve lent them a trailer to transport it that day verses them having to drop it on land and then get it onto a trailer another day, haul the barge back down, and get different truck to pull the trailer. We truly appreciate everything!

Tom Henry: 1 I bought Wyland's Bennington pontoon sales people were good to me us. Since then there's been some issues. Bimini cover zipper broke after an argument and a review sent to Bennington corporate it was covered. Now an hour and a half a way from Mishawaka told them I wanted to order a pier after some discussion I asked if they could deliver it. Oh boy when they found out I was in Allegan MI they said they ohs was to check delivery price if we were an hour and a half away never got back to me. Now I have a fuel gauge that is bad diagnosed by locals not Bennington authority so I'm sure I'll have to buy this gauge too. Bennington boat is good Wyland's marina is no help passed sales.

GAS was in drainage water.Asked TIM if he would store it over winter? He said 700.After all the trouble i had.Deal with TIM!!!!

Part of our deal was to also get a boat cover with the boat. It's been 3 months and we have yet to get our cover which usually costs 400$. They have told us its being "custom made" after they told us they had it. Also, we had inspected our boat and upon placing it in the water found two forklift holes(that were not there 2 days before finalizing our purchase) on the insides of the boat. They did not want to assist us in fixing it and we had to outsource fixing the holes ourselves because the Pontoon was sinking. Total headache dealing with this establishment.

Jeff Seabaugh: Bought a pontoon, and a trailer. The trailer was a PMI brand. Taking the pontoon home I noticed what looked like the winch strap was loose. It wasn't when we left the dealer. I pulled over and noticed that a metal stirrup that stap went through had broken in a 90 degree bend. Looks like it was cracked because there was some rust in the break. Maybe look at your bends a little closer. Pontoon had slide back about 5 or 6 inches on trailer. COULD have been alot worse.

They said it would be about a week, that’s fair. When I called today they simply said I can’t get my boat until other people come to get theirs. They are also not able to provide any sort of timeframe saying when they will be able to get to it.They seem very nonchalant about the whole thing which is the frustrating part.Meanwhile it’s 72 and sunny outside.
