Jerimia Muday: Love this business! Very personable. Came early to set up. Very nice people and affordable prices! This was my 3rd time using them. They never disappoint! highly recommend!
Brittney Malone: The people at the front are always really nice when I go in. Its a great to go when older kids have school and my 18 month old can pretty much have the place to herself. I also like that i can go inside the bounce houses with her and play so she is safe right next to me.
Devon Niegos: Quite expensive for a one day rental, but I will give them the fact that they at least showed up. I called 10 different bounce house rental businesses, and no one cared to answer their phones. And never again will I rent a bounce house. When this bounce house arrived for my party, it was dirty as can be, my 8 year old and I had to spend half hour cleaning it out. Then we realized it came with about 50-100 stink bugs. I had to spend $200 calling a pest control company to come and kill them all before they continued to multiply. They were in my house, bedroom, garage, siding, you name it. The owner denied that they were there at all, but how could he know because he clearly didn't have it cleaned out. He also stated he would call me back to discuss this further, and never did. My business focuses on customer service and making sure our customers are highly satisfied. I am also very loyal, and stick with what works. Let's just say I will never let anyone I know rent from this place.

Jen Good: Good luck contacting them. I started in March trying to get a quote for July. I was told by Ken, who's phone number is associated with this business number, to submit my request through their website. I did that multiple times. Also left multiple voicemails. Finally reached Ken today and was told the date I need is now completely booked. Horrible customer service and communication.

Katherine Ewers: Wonderful service for our kids party. Rented the water slide bounce house, and it was affordable and easy to reserve online. They arrived a little early to set up and arrived a little late to pick up, which was perfect and meant we didn't have to rush at all. Best party we've ever had! Highly recommend!

Brittany Arnett: They deserve 10 stars- kind people, came promptly in the timeframe they provided, even provided an extension cord for the bounce house hook up! Easy to reserve online and then paid off and confirmed details the day before. The tables, chairs, and bounce house was fantastic!
Betty Weaver: If there was something lower them one star I would give them the score. Let me start with I didn't rent from them my niece rent for them for her wedding. They picked up the table and chairs. First all there driver tore my yard up. We work really to have a nice yard. Then when I called the manager or owner he was like what do you want me to do. Really not a great place at all.

Saint Km: I have used them for the past two years for my son's birthday. They are hands down the most affordable in the area. Their prices are better than anywhere else and they have a really good selection! They come and set up everything and will even move it inside if of the weather is bad. I will not use another company for our party needs. We love Michiana party rentals.

Liz Rich: I rented the ninja obstacle course for my twins eighth birthday party. The equipment arrived in pristine condition looks brand-new. The set up guys were quick and efficient and the blower was much quieter than I expected. The weather was iffy that day and I had an indoor option but really wanted to do an outdoor party. At 1 o'clock they called to check with me and let me know that the radar showed that it would be raining during my party time and wanted to know if I would like them to come back and move the inflatable to the indoor option . They came back in the rain and moved it inside! I could not be more impressed will definitely be using them again and spreading the word!Thanks guys the 20 1st graders had a blast!
