Shawnoah Pollock: It's a bowling alley. So they have lanes and pins, as poorly maintained as they typically are. Customer service is about what you'd expect for a small town bowling alley. As long as you are paying money and not complaining they are happy with the situation. But, if you happen to be younger than mid twenties or if you dare to have a foreign accent, they really couldn't care less. In fact, they just explained to me that because one of their paying customers is 16, he should actually have to show them respect as elders, with none in return. All because he had the audacity to ask to switch lanes due to the poor conditions of the lane he was on. Apparently, they refused because they felt it disrespected them to have this young man make such a request. Perhaps if he was 10 years older and spoke without a foreign accent this would't happen? It's pretty much the only bowling alley in town, but if you have another choice, take it.

Josh: This place is a joke we paid for eight people to go bowling on two lanes they cut our bowling early because they said we paid for five on one lane and three on the other we told them we were together and that we were going to split up equally they refused to turn the lanes back on after the 5th frame they said that we were stealing from them When the lady at the counter was approached she was a royal b**** about everything and even told me to come at her she was a real piece of work

Ché Brueseke: What a GREAT place to have fun with friends and family. From leagues, to just bowling for fun, Chippewa is the place to go. This bowling alley houses a great Pro Shop, arcade games, and has just recently installed some new lanes. Put this bowling alley on your bucket list!!!!

FUNTIMEFOXYCB: I was there for a birthday party on 3/12/23 and was up set the machine took my money. Three workers were talking and ignored my request for assistance. Then at one of the workers convenience she yelled at me for asking for assistance in a violent voice. All that I wanted was my three dollars back or the prize that I paid for so my kid could have a good time.Due to poor customer service I do not recommend going to this place.

Mark Pacheco: Great place to have a night out with the kids and friends. They serve food and beverages along with a variety of attractions. Free refills on drinks was nice and the bowling was a lot of fun. It is also a busy place as well.

When you go to a bowling alley you generally expect an odor of shoes, sweat, fried food, and (at least until recent years) smoke. None of that exists here. A really good experience.
