Sheri Leazenby: This morning my tire light came on due to the cold weather. Went to get some air from there. The air pump actually took air out of my tire!!! I pulled up to the garage doors, bc now my tire was down to 11 and explained what had happened. The guy said “yeah, my boss told me last night it was broken”. I said, “there’s no sign so I wasn’t aware. Could you guys just tap it off so I can make it to work “ he said “at 8am, we’ll be open and someone can”. Ok, I went in and waited my turn at 8. Got to the guy and explained the scenario. He was rude and said he knew it was broken and he had put a cone there. Ok, the cone could be there to stop people from hitting the curb in the snow. The machine came on, asked what tire pressure I wanted, and appeared to run until it said error. Then I checked the pressure to see that it went down. The man was completely uncaring and said I would have to wait 6 hours for them to add air to the tire. 6 hours? 6 hours for a problem that YOUR machine created?!? No thank you! I left and said choice words on my way out, which is completely out character for me but I could not believe that he wouldn’t help me

I explained my situation and even though he couldnt technically do anything to help me with my tire due to company policy, (which i completely understand, there are people who take advantage of kindness and excemptions so i wasnt upset by that one bit) I really appreciated his knowledge, compassion, and willingness to do everything within his power to help me out. 10/10 employee, thank you so much Tyler, and when im able to I will definitely come back to get my tires replaced here.

Brian Robinson: I made an appointment at the Belle tire on South Michigan Street in South bend Indiana. What time I have been a loyal customer since they have opened up. They quoted me a price for a set of tires for $1, 107.00. so I have my wife to take the truck to the appointment for the set of tires after everything done they would not honor the price they told me. So I had to pay 1169. The problem is not the money the problem is I could have went to somewhere else that I had a quote ftor he tires for cheaper than $1,107 but because I have dealt with them since they're open or several sets of tires even a set of rims I chose to do business with them still now I won't recommend Belle tire to anybody and I will not be using their services ever again

He just said there nothing he could trying to force me into a sale instead of repair. So I went to Belle and they inspected the tire and said they repair for free. I had a nail and check depth. 3/32 left on Michelin ice X3 the no. One tire for snow in US. So I decided to replace both rear tires with new due to there honest approach at sales. I believe this type of honesty. Resulted in my decision thank you Melissa ast. Manager at southbend tire shop. Good people good service and honesty. Hard to find....

Tim Megyese: This is a difficult review for me. I have been very happy with their service and friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Before my last visit, I'd have rated them a solid 5. However, this last time, I called and reserved 4 new tires and sent my wife to get them changed (I was working, she had the day off). When she was done, she called me and said it took longer and cost more than I had told her because of the alignment that "I" had told them I wanted her to get. I never once talked to anyone about wanting an alignment. My wife told me that the person at the shop told her that I specifically said I wanted an alignment done when he talked to me, so she told them okay. I'm not okay with them lying to my wife about what I had requested and when I tried to speak to someone there (in person), I was told "I don't know who that was, it wasn't me, and we're too busy for a manager to talk to you right now." So we were basically charged for an unnecessary alignment that we didn't request for over $100 extra on top of the cost of 4 new tires. If I go there again, I will handle it myself, because they tend to "strongly encourage" alignments even when not needed, and in my case, lie about one being requested.

Don Pauley: Don't like the fact that they left the lug nut off my wife's one of the tires we spend almost $1,000 on four tires and when she went back the next day they acted like you know if it was there they would have put it on well I don't give a s*** if it was there or not they should have put one on even if they wanted us to pay for it which it wasn't on because my wife took pictures of each one of the tires before we walked in the building so they did end up putting lug nut on for after I called but it's the wrong size it's bigger around it fits the threads but it's different looking on the outside so now I'm going to go back there and get one because I'm not going to have her go through the b******* with him but overall a good service I just didn't like that part of it nice people

John: I come to this location often, (7 to 8) times a year for tire repairs.Today was the worst service I've ever experienced. Came in at 930 for a nail in my tire. They told me around 2 to 2.5 hours. After 3 hours my truck was still not being serviced.i finally said something and low and behold I was next up.Been here now 3 hours and 15 min. Still waiting.I think I might look at another tire place after this horrible experience

Serena Anderson: On my way to work, I noticed my rear tire had very low air pressure. I Googled "tire repair shops near me" and Pomp's was first on the list with numerous great reviews! I called and was told to come on in. Within 15 minutes, my tire was removed, the nail and screw that were stuck in my tire were removed, tire was patched, and I was good to go! Come to find out, Pomp's is more of a semi/truck garage, but the men working on my car were so helpful and clearly experienced!! Thank you again! 10/10
