I have yet to try the rolled ice cream, I've seen rolled ice cream trending, and seeing it made is so satisfying. Only complaint is location. Very busy area, many crying babies in journey's kids next door. Also I see the yampers in the plushie case there too and I can't take them all. R.a. Wheeler: It's delish but like so many other places in the mall, it isn't cheap. I paid almost $8 dollars for a drink there for my daughter and granted it's I think the best bubble tea around, but it's that price point that really hurts a sale on our end. Instead of getting her one every time we go, it's really only a treat because of it.
Sara Ahsan: Best bubble tea in the area! They offer quite a variety of flavors and bobba options. My top favorite are Taro milk tea with tapioca, coconut milk tea with lychee jelly and rose milk tea with lychee jelly.

My girlfriend at that point didn’t even want the cold sandwich or the butchered drink that was horribly made. A warm neighborhood vibe -- everyone in the coffee shop will say hi to you when you walk in, not just staff. I love this place!They are pay-it-forward so if you want, your coffee is covered by a neighbor.

T.J. Paczkowski: One of the few coffee shops that will make you an iced pour over. Hard to find that even in Chicago. The coffee and vibes of the place are great. Only negative is that a bag of beans is a bit pricey even though it’s good quality.

Jordan Ray: Stopped in with a coworker the other day who reccomended this place and it was absolutely great. I'm usually a boring regular coffee guy with cream and sugar but Alvin wasn't having any of that (in the best way) I said surprise me and he made me something so delicious I was blown away. Java cafe needs to protect Alvin at all costs, It has been a long time since I witnessed someone who genuinely enjoys what they do as much as he does. Coffee was *chef's kiss* but the customer service is what will probably bring me back
