Sheryl McKeel: We recently rented the 20 person Limo Bus for a weekend winery tour for our daughter's college friends and we had a ball. The Limo Bus is great because you can face each other vs sitting in regular bus seats. The seats are very comfortable, lots of outlets for phone chargers, the perfect fit. The sound system was great. Deanna our driver was fantastic, she got us to all places safely and was very pleasant. We will definitely use Tim's Tours in the future.

You might as well empty out all your coins now and proceed to dump them into a paper shredder. It won't damage the coins, but you'll feel more satisfied with how you spent your time.
Danielle Dodwell: Clean and simple. Bathrooms were clean which was nice. South Bend Chocolate cafe had nice coffee and bagels.
Keith Cross: Took a friend there to catch a coach USA bus to Chicago. It was early morning and very clean. Did not see any employees around but I did not need them anyways. The location is perfect being at the airport along with the railroad there and greyhound buses.It’s very convenient having all of those transportation options in one place.
Toby Tobias-Anderson: All I can say is that I appreciate the bus from O'Hare to South Bend Airport. It saves me from driving in Chicago and I love being able to sleep, look out the window and be comfortable while leaving the driving to those trained to do that. The South Bend Airport is very small so it is just a few steps to the car rental. All the employees have been very helpful and friendly.

Richard Lohman: What I have personally observed with this bus line: One driver listening to music through headphones while driving. One driver chatting on a phone in her left hand while driving with her right hand. One driver started moving the bus without first strapping a wheelchair-bound woman's chair down. Bathrooms always padlocked. One driver started down the street with multiple people standing in the isle. An elderly man asked to open the baggage area to place one of his bags, and was told to just carry both into the cabin. Can't wait until NICTD gets our new track laid down so we don't have to ride with this service any longer.

Sonya Mayhew: Very disappointed that a small locally owned business would cross a picket line and sell out to corporate greed. Contracting with Kellogg Company in Battle Creek to transport corporate employees in and out of the plant during a National strike is an unfortunate business decision. You have to remember these people on the lines use you for weddings and big events. We boycott you as well.

hhucares: Received the 12 passenger E350 van in 2015, which now has 40000 miles. Not a lot of heavy use on this van, as it only carries one-two people at a time. Here are just a couple of things that should have been better. The secondary A/C unit went out and cost $950 to repair. Rear door struts broke and had to be replaced. Rubber floor is now cracking and thin plastic interior cover over the rear wheels are cracked and broke. Loose wiring for rear A/C unit under dash that made thumping sounds when going over any small bump in the road. Two zip ties took care of that, which should have been handled at the factory. I really expected better for a $50,000 van.

Stefany: Be very careful using Greyhound, they have taken to canceling busses without informing their riders, leaving them stranded with no options, and then they refuse to refund the tickets, bouncing customers back and forth between Greyhound and the independent carriers, both of whom will say it's the other companies responsibility to refund the tickets. Greyhound has become nothing but a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Nicole Human: The absolute worst company. Cancelled the day before our excursion! Very rude.
Lacey Anderson: Let down a group of children the day before their trip. Did nothing to rectify. Did not apologize. They also have been deleting all comments on social media and won't respond to calls or emails from the group involved. They need to do better and also hire better P.R.
Mia Kelly: Canceled our 8th grade DC trip a day before departure due to overbooking. We had been planning and awaiting this since August, others even before. I'm disappointed how none of the teachers, students, or parents were given a formal apology. Some students, my friends, were in tears when they left the room after they were told. Can you imagine the shame of telling your parents, who have helped you raised money, petitioned, and found places for you to work for this, to tell them you cannot go? How did they not know they overbooked months before hand? But no, we are told a day before. One of my friends, who was to be my roommate in the hotel, had spent $200 on things for the cooler. My other friend/to be roommate had to chose between her quince or DC, now it's to late for her to have the best possible birthday of her life, a chance to see her dad again. This just doesn't sit right with anyone. It doesn't just affect the trip, it affects the people who chose between it and something else and were bamboozled.

H: They cancelled the 8th grade trip that a lot of kids were looking forward to and they cancelled it the day before the trip due to "overbooking". They made no attempt to rectify this situation. This was paid months in advance and a lot of children worked to earn the money to go themselves. If you want reliable transportation, this isn't it.

We had a bus driver named David but we called him captain Dave he is honestly the nicest kindest guy you could ever meet and he loves what he does and it shows I would highly recommend this company for all of your travel needs.P.S. Emily Ferro: Melissa was so great to work with from start to finish. She took out all of the stress of scheduling wedding transportation for my bridal party! Max Schroeder: Right from the beginning of planning my 50th birthday trip in New Buffalo, MI, Melissa was so quick to respond with every question and request. Everything worked out perfectly and our driver made the journey to our events safe, efficient and super fun. We even had a "karaoke" moment on the party bus and she drove around the block one extra time so we could finish our song. The party bus was clean and in great condition. It's perfect way for a group of friends to safely get to various planned events. I highly recommend.

Michelle Jones: The news had stated that South Bend landlords needed to get a handle on the bedbug infestation here. The South Street Station Downtown in South Bend needs to be included on that list. I have gotten two bedbugs off myself on two different occasions. One being this morning. March 17,2023. And have seen roaches on the floor inside the Station. You also have a Rude, slick mouth Security Guard there named Frank. He is very rude and uses foul language toward customers. If I had a choice I would Not be giving up my hard earned money of $36 every two weeks for bus passes for my daughter & I. You have drivers who drive the way they want not how they were trained. People have jobs & homes to get to. There's No Structure or Dicsepline at All. Mother Gathright is a breath of fresh air. The First shift African American Security Guard knows Exceptional Customer service. I need to get his name. I am Grateful to them and Pittman and several other Amazing driver's. 👏
