Greyhound: Bus Station: what do users think?
Nicholas Viera: The game is cold but it's gravy
ForeverAlways YoursTruly: The driver's attitude makes the ride rough. They are very disrespectful.
Dustin Moore: The buses were a little late but other than that good service
Sally Kollars: On time
Josephine Thomas: Different
Eddie Bingham: This isn't really a travel station....more like a transit station for city transit buses. You can't book tickets at a front desk; if you don't have a printed ticket, you can't travel. Simple as that.
Sharod Jones: Bus real late...
Harry sturgeon: Great service and great experience for all to see the world
Max Lytle: I was riding Transpo not Greyhound
the hite family: Pick up brother n law
Roberto Bran: Una experiencia muy grande gracias muchas gracias
Shayne Tibbs: Needs cleaned up all the homeless people its sad but it's not a hang out spot for you
Jeffrey Lindahl: Nice bus stop.
Showme How400 (All0wM3): Nice, clean area to sit and wait for your bus, vending is available and they have a bathroom too. The clerk, unfortunately, isn't able to make change so have your $1 bills with you!
ronald jones: There's hardly any help at the little information booth if they're open
S Jaf: Unreliable service. Always have backup plan cuz buss may cancel any time.
Stefany: Be very careful using Greyhound, they have taken to canceling busses without informing their riders, leaving them stranded with no options, and then they refuse to refund the tickets, bouncing customers back and forth between Greyhound and the independent carriers, both of whom will say it's the other companies responsibility to refund the tickets. Greyhound has become nothing but a scam and should be avoided at all costs.
Benjamin Dick: Not a bus station
Ibrahim Abdullahi: Although they rescheduled my travel date and time, I enjoyed their cozy bus ride with free Wi-Fi on board.

South Street Station: what do users think?
Harry Sturgeon: The best way to get around in south bend Indiana and Mishawaka Indiana, great price to ride and get around.
Mark Pedzinski: been harassed by majestic security where i quietly seated (15 minutes after arriving on bus 8) awaiting for next bus at 10:25 am on 11/30/2022.. temperates are 26° around this time! he first approached me at 8:10 just before i taken bus 8 to Broadway Christian! returning on the 10 am bus at 10:10 am theres the same security harassing a quiet, lone, mental ill outpatient! not even talkung to myself (schizophrenia, delusions) - quite, sober, alone i was!
Avery Lentine: Good option for those without a car. Not at all reliable, though so don't expect to be at work on time everyday.
Charlene Letourneau: Very helpful people working here . Greyhound service was great . Secure transportation felt safe at the station . Restrooms were clean and had tissues t.p. sanitation up front . Thank you
Rwings73: First time on a bus. Fast, punctual and clean. Once you understand the route's it's easy to get around the city.
A Whaley: Friendly bus drivers and love the receptionist
Patrick Hancock: The staff there are friendly and the bus drivers know the city so you don't get lost
Mz.Scorpio Keisha: The area was dark and the bus station was closed because of the weekend schedule and riding the Greyhound bus .there ppl hanging around not sure sure what to expect.the bus driver sat on her bus until the next bus came but we had to wait for 44 minutes
robert young: Great option to driving..covers all south bend..Misha Waka. Roseland and connecting to trolley to Niles Michigan and elkhart.3B 02/02/21 leaving depot 1245ish.let driver know while boarding trash n gloves on seat from previous run. no interest in cleaning . of course all who board subject to mess not to mention fall from seat onto floor. more important to sit n text on phone.. hope management reads this. Unacceptable. someone who does not respect her job...my bad it was 3a bus
Jason Smith (Patriot in Goggles): Some of the bus drivers don't care, they will take off before you sit down or hit the brakes hard all the time. They will speed around their route and still be several (up to 10) minutes late to a stop. And when they aren't late they are early. I have been several minutes early and almost to a bus stop only to watch a bus speed by. I have even had a couple of times the drivers almost drove right by me while I was at the designated stop. The current bus stop system they have is almost moronic. They implemented this system to make the drivers be on time more, but it's not working.A while back they took away transfer passes. A lot of the routes don't follow the same path going both outbound and in bound. So if you are wanting to go to a certain place on an outbound route but you are on the inbound bus, you are SOL and have to pay 2 dollars for the same route.I was on the #4 on Aug 7th 2017 It was running more than 8 minutes late when I got picked up, but managed to make it to the station only 5 minutes late. He called in for the # 10 to wait for me to get on. The time when my first bus arrived was 10 after the hour. Within 3 seconds of getting off the #4 the #10 started pulling away. I had to run up flailing my arms to get him to stop. I have a messed up knee and shouldn't be running but have to on a regular basis to catch these buses.Sometime I ask the drivers to hold a bus for me and they won't even call it in so I end up missing a bus and having to wait half an hour (sometimes even and hour) for the next one to come around. The Transpo bus company needs to get some things worked out.
James Sefton: Excellent
Ryan Wittey: The bus drivers work with you when you need it and wait sometimes if you need their bus
Rosaura VidalMata: The bus drivers and staff are really nice, but if I were you, I wouldn't trust the drinking fountains...
