Dylan Kline: Set up 3 diffrent times for a tec to come out an yet again after calling them today find out that they been going to the wrong place. So then the customer service lady said they will call me so i missed work to wait for them .An never recived a call its sad that tommorow im gonna call the competition to see if they can get it right going on 2 weeks with still no cable an laggy wifi. Smh
DEANNA SHAFFER: Very disappointed in any company that tries to fool their customers. They start off with a reasonable charge then jack it up and expect you not to notice. Then when you can actually get a hold of someone they basically tell you deal with. This should be more regulated through our government. Companies should not be allowed to do this.

John Clayton: After some research, I found that Schurz owns Orbitel communications in Maricopa, AZ. Schurz has got to review Orbitel and their customer service. They can start by looking at the Google reviews including the one I posted. After looking at Schurz website they seem like a reputable and reliable company which is NOT in line with what I and a majority of maricopa residents have experienced with Orbitel. I am currently with Century link until I hear Orbitel is under new management or Cox communications finally comes to town.

christopher peter: Problems with their line and they would not fix it. Pretty awesome you can acknowledge your service is not working, not fix it AND keep charging me full price. English as a second language with EVERY representative. Then have the audacity to try selling me more junk as I am trying to cancel. Whew what a scam they have become.
Wanda Hampton: Computers were down so I had to go back to get my new cell.
Gwenevere Mueller: Visited on a Sunday afternoon to return equipment. There were a TON of customers inside waiting already when we arrived. They asked us to join the queue. There were three couches for sitting with sports playing on two different TVs. We waited about 25 minutes just to turn in the equipment. Some people came in and it seemed that they were helped right away. The customer service was just okay, they didn't ask for the reason of our return or attempt to sell or provide any information. If I need something from them in the future, I will order it online through their website.
Sam Eddie: I went here to return 2 outdoor cameras. and to resolve any billing issues that may come about later. the guy working assured me after talking to his manager. I was all set. I just got off the phone with customer service this morning asking me for my proof of receipt nothing was documented at the granger Indiana store. Beware they are lazy here and the employees don't do the computer work the manager hides in the back office refusing to interact with the customers.
Gary Hall: As with any company which is based on customer service, there are good representatives to help you and those which are poor. This week in the Heritage Square Xfinity store I was met with both types. Today was 'excellent', not so much so with their techs you may speak to when looking to resolve access issue; it's a roll of the dice we have no control over.
Robert Basker: Fast service. Too bad you can't cancel tv services online or in the app so I wouldn't have to go the store. Impossible to navigate services by phone.

Moe Horowitz: The people at the store probably do the best they can it's Xfinity and Comcast that's the problem. Through the pandemic they kept raising the rates where I was actually getting money back from other because it was not utilizing their services such as insurance etc.. they keep raising the rates.. phone service is horrible the people in the store do the best they can they brought what the big company brings to them from their customers.. I'm done... I tried Comcast years ago when it was just cable company then I tried it went was Xfinity.. same group of greedy people at the top that don't care

JOLENE OLDS: Called with a technical problem with Directv system - Bob offered to troubleshoot over the phone with the assistance of some photos - though he was unable to do so he sent a technician the same day and problem was resolved for A LOT less money than Direct was going to charge. Would recommend them to anyone for service or install.
