Amy: The manager at this location was over the top with customer service. I ordered from the wrong location, I was meeting someone halfway from Michigan and thought I was at the right spot when I went in to pick it up. Not only did he not make me feel foolish but he asked what my order was and quickly gave me the exact thing without having to pay again or to make me drive the extra 15 minutes. High five Little Caesars on Western Ave!
AUDRA GAINES: Pizza only had toppings in the middle. Incredibly greasy. Seems like it was cut by a blind person. Not one person had a hair net on or gloves. A couple people's hair was past their waist. People were rude and ignored me. I'm white, they weren't. Acted like I was interrupting their time and didn't want to deal with me. The lack of hair nets and gloves is enough for me not to order from this particular Ceasars again.
DAVID FRANCO: El peor personal para atender, no atienden los turnos en el orden que van, la mayoría de las veces tardan 45 minutos en darte una pitza que es sencilla y sin chiste, demasiada cocida la masa, se despedaza al tomarla, nos dieron unos dedos de queso crudos y de mala gana, casi nos hacen daño, los managers no toman en serio su trabajo y la última vez que fui, fuimos objeto de racismo, jamás vuelvo a ir, y no se los recomiendo.

Jamie Johnson: We called in a order, they said it would be 10-15 min. I got there and still waited another 15 min to get my order. Finally got my pizza, bread sticks and wings, got home...and the pizza literally has grease pooled on top so it was definitely NOT fresh...the bread sticks were still doughy! The only thing edible on the pizza was the crust!
kelley newton: I don't know why, but the pizza was paper thin and it wasn't cut. The attitude you receive at this location isn't worth the cheap price and pizza that falls apart.

Rob Carrasco: I used the app to order but they gave my pizza to another customer while I was at the grocery store next door. Luckily for them I was 10 minutes late so they had another one ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Store seems very disorganized. Not sure if its a people problem or a process problem.Update: they did this again to me. I ordered from the app and they gave my pizzas to a walk-in customer instead of putting it in the pizza portal. When I went in there, they offered to remake the pizzas(I ordered 2). I wasn't going to wait, that's the whole reason I ordered ahead of time on the app. They refunded my money but this is happening too often.
