define steam: Breakfast was good, drinks are good. But I've had better service at all you can eat Chinese buffets. Had a reservation, kicked out 15 minutes after our last guest had received their meal. Their reservations only last 75 minutes. Be prepared to have your servers not bring out coffee or more water until you ask 3 times and food take 60 minutes to be ready. Eat fast and don’t bring out of towners.

Viviana Penaloza: although the food is great, the service is horrible. I ordered a sandwich once while studying, 40 min passed by and I never got it. The place was empty. I walked up to the woman in glasses who works here and she seemed confused as if I never ordered a sandwich, finally after showing her my receipt she realized they completely forgot about it. 20 min later I FINALLY got my sandwich. Came a few weeks later to study, me and a friend got settled into our table and that same woman who works here looked dumbfounded when we were sitting there while she was holding food. She asked us to move, when NO one's stuff was on the table.
