They are so kind, polite, friendly and professional. They take good care of you. Every appointment I've ever had, never a long wait. I'm always a nervous wreck. But the staff here makes you feel so comfortable. Any questions any help i need, they are here for me. I'm so grateful for everyone here. Wish I can give everyone a hug. Thank you so much

Michael 1959: Both Dr. Bilal Ansari and Dr. Binh Tran are remarkable. Nurses and staff were very considerate. I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, cancer of the Larynx. I couldn’t eat even a 1/4 teaspoon of baby food, had to get a feeding tube put in. Three chemotherapy’s and 35 radiations later, I’m eating anything that won’t eat me first, thanks to Michiana Hemotology Oncology. For those who had to wait an hour to see the doctor, I can assure you it’s well worth the wait.Such a God send.

Mike Green: Went to see Dr. Braun for my mothers oncology follow up. Had a 9:45am appointment. Didnt get in till an hour later as the nurse on staff says she was unable to locate her mammogram. Had she asked i couldve told her she didnt have one. In lieu, we waited an hour. The doctor was prompt and courteous. Did the exam and advised next steps. We are waiting on cancel orders for meds and have not been able to reach anyone in the office for several hours. No matter what option i picked in the phone system, i was prompted to leave a message. The doctor was great, but the supporting staff is the primary reason for the poor rating.
