It was extremely nice and friendly, and they have quite a wide variety to choose from.. If ur looking for the right recreational or even medical facility, then stop by The ReLeaf Center in Niles, and you won't want to go anywhere else after..

Haleigh Kessler: Beautiful establishment with lots of windows and natural light. They sell their own grow (only) and it’s pretty fire. Receptionist was friendly. Budtender was helpful. Spent over $50 so I got to win a “gum ball” (I got a free 10 pack of edibles). Note if you’re looking for cheap flower, this probably isn’t the place. Quality product!

Ken: Great place will definitely be back!!But the check in line needs work, theres was a completely filled lobby and nobody was being told there was a line and to just stand wherever. I was assuming we were getting our names called in order but they were helping whoever was "next" ... i could not recall who checked in before me or after me. There was a line made by the other customers before me that i had no idea about until i seen it moving, but they didnt even know the right order. It was just very confusing and not organized i felt like i might have cut people on accident because i really just did not know. Mabey it was just a really busy day because the other times ive been there there was hardley a wait. But i will be back , top-quality product. Dont dont let this review deter you from coming here.

poor shot: Nice experience. I asked for something local that smelled great and they helped me out efficiently. Nice staff. $50 gets you a chance at a prize. Each ones a winner with varying levels of prizes. Busy place that told us a 30 minute wait and got us in around 15 minutes. I hear the drive through is faster. Worth checking out at least once.

I went primarily for the pet CBD treats they carry but wanted some things for myself as well (I was originally going another place but the line was ridiculous and I'm glad it was!). I ended up seeing that The ReLeaf Center had the same CBD product ~ a few cents less expensive too ~ so headed there. Let me say, one of the best encounters I ever had at a dispensary! My budtender, Andrea, was awesome and so accommodating and helpful; Lisa, as well is amazing and helped created a dispensary trip that was 10/10! Both were extremely personable and really hooked me up with some awesome deals for what I was looking for and even some other stuff! The wait wasn't long at all and everyone I came in contact with (patrons and employees) were super friendly. They have some amazing product and great deals so I *high*ly recommended 😉 I will most definitely be a return customer, thank you guys for creating an amazing experience!!!

WhatThePACK: Well I gave this place 2 stars because they actually have cannabis which was the only decent thing that was there. Our bud tender had NO idea what he was talking about. I got a 14 gram pre-packaged bag tand it weighed 13.5 grams so I called Green Stem and they simply said, "Yea that's normal, don't worry." So make sure you weigh everything you get from here.

The process was quick and there was not much wait time. I did struggle a little with the online ordering process during check out, but that could have been a me thing. The only improvement I would like to see is the THC % listed on each product on the online menu as I could not find that I formation for all products. I would highly recommend.

The critical Smoker: my experience with CannaVista Wellness in Buchanan, Michigan has changed since they transitioned from medical to recreational sales. In the past, they were a more family-oriented dispensary with a focus on customer service and friendliness. However, with their expansion and growth, they now feel more corporate and less connected to their customers.Recently, I had an incident where there was a price discrepancy on their website. In the past, they would honor their mistakes, but this time they didn't. The staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and even rude, which was disappointing as a long-time customer and a veteran. While I still purchase CBD for my dog and topicals from CannaVista, I refuse to buy flower from them when there are so many other options available in the crowded Buchanan market.Overall, while CannaVista Wellness still has quality products, their customer service and friendliness have diminished, making it difficult to recommend them as highly as I once would have.
