overcomer “Overcomervictoriously40”: Buyer beware. Do not purchase a car through Instant Auto Finance and do not get a loan with SCS credit corp EVER!!! You may regret it in the near future. Purchased a car through Instant Auto Finance that literally caught fire! and SCS Credit Corp!!!! won't even mention the rude and callous behavior I experienced dealing with them. I am not writing this review for them it is for YOU!!!! Stay away! Find another reputable dealer who will finance special credit situations!!!!! Read the reviews and take everyones word and advice. Pretty much the worst car buying experience I have ever dealt with. Think twice before going through Instant auto finance and SCS Credit Corp.
Kyle Carr: Please look at the reviews before signing a contract with this company and Instant Auto. WhenI first got my vehicle, it had numerous mechanic issues that I had to pay for.Funny how their website also says they treat every customer with dignity and respect. Eric, especially, doesn't know what that means. He told me that my situation (me in the hospital) is irrelevant. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night. I wouldn't be surprised if this company shuts down or Instant Auto goes to a different lender.The reviews are telling.
Annie Pabst: This place will hound you the day of your payment, Ashley and Eric are rude and possibly delusional. They will say your in collections over a few days past payment. The interest is already outrageous and you make bi weekly payments so your being harassed along with your family over 6 days on a payment always made. I will be calling someone higher up. Whoever owns this company should really look into getting better staff. The reviews speak for themselves. Same 2 people.

I only got a car here because of my divorce an open loan last resort....it was the worst idea ever! Very rude loud talked about taking me to court when I'm not behind. I will be reporting this company to someone of a higher power because they should be closed down permanently!

She speaks to you with a nasty attitude and she hung up on me. I called manager Eric to let him know how unprofessional Ashley was and he cut me off did not listen to my concern and took her side and hung up as well. They should be fired very poor customer service.
Aloni B: I purchased a vehicle in 2021 I attempted more than 4 times to fix the problem. They continued to send me to their selected mechanic. The mechanic cleared the codes so no one else could find a problem. Engine light continued to flash. I took it to qualified and they didn’t even attempt to look at it. Then Patty states that the engine needs replaced so she calls Hyundai and they tell her supposedly that there is an extended warranty on the engine. Upon inspection with Hyundai the original engine isn’t even what they sold me. It was NOT THE ORIGINAL ENGINE THAT HAD THE WARRANTY THROUGH HYUNDAI. They claim they didn’t know about it. But how? So yea I’m siring them. They can’t keep getting over on people.

Deanna Alerding: At first I was really leary about the company. I didn't hear very many great things about them. But what I have noticed, all those bad things said could have been the customers doing. If you make your payments, they leave you alone. The one person I'd like to give a huge thumbs up to is Jenni. She is the most sweetest lady and makes you feel like you are something more than what you are. She is very helpful and lends and listening ear if you need to talk for a few minutes. Love, love, love Jenni! Highly recommend SCS Credit Corp.

This is the ONLY company I know who doesn’t accept a payment for a loan on the next day. And still want to push for my car to be repossessed. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I most definitely would. And Eric the manager is rude, unprofessional and 0 customer service etiquette. They are not understanding at all, they don’t work with you at all, it’s pretty much as he left me a rude voice mail ‘cut and dry’. I will never deal with this place again nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from Instant Auto from Jeremy Hatchet.
Shyann Muse: Hello, I will say I have heard horror stories of SCS. However, I think it’s all in who you have for a service rep. My service rep is Jenny. She is absolutely amazing. If you are transparent with her she will do her best to work with you. She not just another person clocking into her 9-5 job. She actually cares about you and what financial issues you may have. I hope she never leaves the company. Other service reps need to take note of her because she is amazing. I’m having some financial issues right now and I will tell you after getting off that call a huge relief has been lifted off my shoulders. 5 stars for Jenny!!

He is just as rude and unprofessional. I don't see how these two even have a job. I have worked in customer service for years and I would have been fired for talking or treating people they way that they have. A friend of mine warned me about SCS credit but I didn't believe her.They repoed my mother's car and have yet to give it back and it's been two weeks and a Day. They are trying to illegally sell the car.

Lacy Lee: I will receive multiple calls when I am late a day for my truck loan. My husband is a truck driver. I will answer the calls and I still get called again and again. They harass. I have another vehicle loan and that company only will call if I get over a month. I always pay within the week of the due date though on both vehicles. I am honest, pay my bills and they make me feel as if I am a low life for being a little late with how much I am called. I get multiple days in a row one call a day if you have not responded to their call or answered... BUT multiple times in a day and TODAY it was withing 1 hour!!! I AM WORKING! That is what I find harassment!
