Michael Monges: A couple of years ago, we had a remote starter added to my car. In doing so, we discovered we needed a stronger battery for this to work properly. A few weeks ago, we added a remote starter to my wife's car. We dropped it off at Stereo Specialists and later received it when promised. We are absolutely pleased with its performance and would recommend Stereo Specialists to anyone interested.

Overall very good price and was more than happy with the results. They wired subwoofer to the back of my hatchback, checked the stereo. They even gave me a bass hub control to adjust how much bass (perfect). All-in-all for 650, not a big car/stereo guy but well worth it in my hears. Dominic Adamo: Excellent experience. Very well communicated. I had 4 speakers replaced and They diagnosed the problem almost instantly and they sound amazing. It only took them about 45 minutes to get it done. Overall extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to anybody. Job well done!

Shelby Jones: Incompetent crooks. I had remote start installed. I originally gave them 5 stars, but they completely messed up the electrical system in my truck. I've had to have the key reprogrammed twice at the dealership since installation (not cheap) and at this point, the alarm goes off if I try to use the remote start. I called Stereo Specialists about the problem, stopped by twice, and even made an appointment, and they refuse to even look into the problem. The most the guy did was reach in and unplug the remote start box to prove the remote start wasn't the problem. I drove away with a door ajar light on and courtesy lights on in the cab of my truck. I plugged it back in myself when I got home to fix those problems. Stereo Specialists is just an incredibly awful business.

Based on the remote starter installs, I have every reason to expect that install will look perfect and work as good as it looks. Prices are very reasonable too, especially given the level of professionalism for the install. Go with them and you will be happy! Sean, the primary installer is one of the very best at this anywhere.

Faith Spike: These guys are FANTASTIC! Highly knowledgeable, and great customer service. I was having major problems from a different shop's botched install. They took very good care of me, listened to all my complaints. We made an appointment, I showed up and they quickly brought my truck in. They fixed everything perfectly! jason kuspa: I had an issue with a stereo that was installed by another business. Even though they said they were able to make all my steering controls work for the stereo I purchased. They were unable to. I called around and out of all the places I called, Audio Specialist seemed the most interested in fixing my problem. Charles, the representative I worked with, was super helpful. They fixed my issue no problem.

Dennis Ash: Was one of the worsted experiences I ever witnessed. I spent good money 💰 for lousy service. It should’ve been a two day installation which turned into a 4 day installation. After getting my vehicle back I noticed that the alarm was not working and carpet was not attached back to the floor like it was when dropped off. Manager Jake is very rude and definitely not a people person yet alone lacks having customer service. I went in today to have the items fixed and at the same time witnessed Jake the manager get so frustrated with me complaining he handed over the keys to the owner and said I quit. The owner Bruno agreed with me in knowing his manager Jake is definitely rough around the edges. Then after the owner received the keys from Jake he chases after him inside the store to beg him not to leave. A few minutes later the owner Bruno comes outside and tells me that he is losing his business today because of me complaining of the job that was done. The installer Nick was the only one with any customer service there and apologized for what I experienced today. Nick fixed the carpet and alarm and I think he should get a raise because he does have the skills to make sure the customer is satisfied. To the owner Bruno if you are going to lose your business because of one person I don’t think you have much of a business in the first place. I believe if you put a new manager in there with a customer friendly attitude and knows how to make people feel like they are important along with their business counts for something I believe may watch your revenue increase. Also hire another installer and quit working Nick so hard and then the manager won’t have to lie to customers on why it’s taking so long to get there vehicle done. Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money Here!

It was a good experience overall, though. They knew what they were doing but I didn't like having to pay for labor again. I would still recommend this place to others.

Sean Poyser: Update : Sales rep I spoke with retaliated by sending me a facebook message request along with a snooty message after I submitted this review just so he could have the last word. Additionally he posts review glorifying a service that was not offered.:: Would not do business with ::Purchased $100 pair of Focal 4". One of them started rattling about 3 months into use. I play mostly Zen meditative or gentle music. When I went to have someone look and tell me why it was doing that, they refused to help saying they didn't install them when they did. The sales rep offered to install them as part of the purchase bundle. He then asked me to bring in the speaker so they could test it. I don't carry a screwdriver like that in the car so i asked if I could borrow one to remove the speaker and bring it in. They said they don't have tools to do that and acted like they didn't want to have anything to do with me. On all I felt like I really wasn't given basic courtesy.

Jacob Donaldson: These guys bend over backwards to help. Giving $100 pair of speakers for $50, and then helping you install them for free because you can't afford to pay for quality installation! And honor the warranty with a simple appointment! Not at ALL unreasonable, as they ARE busy at times.
