Theo Cannon: Paid for a subscription, paid for the upgrade on subscription to include interior clean - was explicitly told that I could come "to any location that provides interior services and get a wash & interior with your package". Caveat that they failed to mention when upselling me - interior services aren't available every day because they can't handle the extra volume. Paid extra for a full month of services that aren't available all month long. I understand being understaffed...how about a discount and a disclaimer at the very least when I signed up?UPDATE: from bad to worse. Was notified that they would be removing the already limited interior detail service from this location completely, in favor of self serve option. Wash package prices stay the same, service availability decreases and they try to spin it as convenience. Paying more for less services and availability is not convenient. It’s a money grab by greedy owners trying to capitalize on forgotten auto-renew packages. Imagine if they paid/staffed existing locations rather than opening unneeded new ones.

Requested not to be hounded with other services, kept asking for them to stop bringing up other services, because I had a mechanic that I already go to. Would not stop doing so. Gentleman who is changing my oil had an attitude with me, snarled at me, and I never got a call back from the facility. Come to find out that when my window wipers weren’t working, went to my normal guy, found out that my window wiper motor had been unplugged. They claim that my air filter needed changing, however when I went to change it myself, I could tell that the screws in the housing hand been moved since I bought the car. They lie up charge you, they will not stop trying to up charge you, and on top of that they will sabotage your vehicle.Edit: Reached out to the email provided, Told them that no rectifying the situation was necessary. Told them about my experience, and explained why I would not be coming back. Not even so much is an apology, didn’t acknowledge my email at all. Even provided a phone number for them to call if they had any questions or concerns.Update, respond says that they already told me that they reached out to me. Only partially true. Again I asked for an apology and an explanation, and I was not given one. I explained why I was upset, because not having my windshield wiper fluid in the middle of winter is a pretty dangerous situation, and he still refuses to acknowledge me. Not to mention they didn’t top off my fluids like they were supposed to and like I paid for.Service:Oil change

I like that they basically wash your car before it goes through, just wish the dryers would last a little longer., Is the only improvement I can see.I just went to the new boys in town, because I desperately needed a car wash, so I went over to Mike’s car was. They forgot to wash the back of my car, and when I got home, it was all shiny, but the back bumper and the trunk lid, it was still filthy. They need those guys from Parkwood auto spa to run the brush around first.The next time I need a car wash, staying with Parkwood auto spa, they have always been my go to. Thank you.

Stephanie Pomeroy: They have 3 options if you don't have a membership which range from $10-$20. I got the $15 and when I finished there was still quite a lot of dirt and bugs on my vehicle. I ended up getting out and using my later towels in the back to finish what they had missed. Mostly the bank and bottom sides were the worst areas. They also offer self service wash, which I should have done so I knew it was done correctly. Lady was very nice that I met with though.

Cecilia Hess: This is not a review from an irrational person on the internet. I am a long-employed, married, local mother-of-three. All three kids were in the car with me, in fact, when my car suddenly stopped working at a stop sign in town on Monday.I had, by Grace alone, pulled off the highway not long before. My car had to be towed (as it would no longer run at all) to my usual mechanic where I paid for a diagnostic test. I take exceptional care of my car, as it transports my children (youngest 8 months old). The mechanic asked if I’d had an oil change recently, as the nature of the problem suggested a strange origin. He said, (I’ll quote the bill and assessment here) “we found the air box for the air filter had COME APART. Too much air was getting sucked into the box and choked the engine out.”My mechanic also told me to call the place that had performed the oil change and to demand a refund, as the air filter is checked during an oil change, and it had obviously been reinstalled incorrectly. I did so.I called Drive and Shine and asked to speak with the manager in a voicemail to complain about my experience (something I rarely do EVER), I left a voicemail because no one answered the phone. By the next morning, when no one had called me back, I called again. This time I was told the manager would call me. When the manager finally called me back, he said he had reviewed the video recording of the oil change and found that the air filter had been reinstalled correctly. I asked if my mechanic’s assessment of the problem seemed correct to him, and he said yes. Justin, the manager of Drive and Shine, confirmed that if an air filter weren’t properly reinstalled after inspection during an oil change, that it would potentially break down a whole car. All the same, he insisted it wasn’t their fault.I am not a car guru, yet I was not offered to view the video of the oil change. I trust my usual mechanic who told me what was wrong with my car. Furthermore, I don’t often poke around with my car’s air filter.I am not going to beg Drive and Shine for the refund they obviously do not want to offer, nor for reimbursement for the diagnostic testing, nor for the towing… what’s more important to me now is that the next mom with children in her car can make a better choice than we did in using Drive and Shine for something as simple as an oil change on their trusted family vehicle.

Oil change was fine but they didn't reset the oil change timer and not long after the change the light went on indicating I needed an oil change less than 1000 miles since the change. Also, personal preference is to sit in a comfortable waiting room as opposed to staying in the car. Tom's Care care is a good example (Coffee Shop while waiting for service).
