Lifestyles of the Poor and Unknown: Bought a gaming headset several weeks ago. I asked the employee who was assisting me if the headset could be used on Xbox. His reply, "yes, you can absolutely use this on xbox". Got home, turned the game on, and to my surprise the Hyper X headset I purchased is not compatible with Xbox. Some licensing issue. I tried to return it and was greeted with an equally snobby, and stuck up female employee who quickly dispatched me with her Supreme rudeness, in telling me, "the item couldn't be returned as it was past 10 days.A great policy, when you have individuals working for you who lack both knowledge and common sense. Basically just screwed my out of $30. There are too many places to shop, places where you're treated with respect and not given misinformation. I have one item at this pawn shop, and in about 2 weeks, I'll be getting it out, and I'll never shop at Worldwide Jewelry & Pawn again. It's easy to lose customers in this day, but not so easy to get them back. Shop carefully.

Tiffani bell: If I could give this zero stars, I would a month or two ago I went in there with the MacBook and I pawned it. I got 50 bucks, and I got it out Maybe a week later there was screws missing from my MacBook at the bottom not only that I tried pawn it again, a week ago And they said they couldn’t take it but took it to three months ago. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your item broke and terrible customer service I’m friends with drew the general manager he will be knowing about this

I don't believe people should take advantage of stupidity and ignorance. But the World Wide moto is "if they don't know any better, take them for all the are worth"

Seth Benjamin Bortolotti: They are self loathing scavengers preying on the low income and people in desperate need, however they don’t have to be that way there business could help people not take advantage of them or waste their time..But they are empty people who want to feel dominate and powerful by wasting the time of other people they judge, stereotype and objectify... shops there all you want if you want to pay for over priced goods that they practically stole from people who needed some quick liquidity...or to simply feed their family...I personally will stay very far away from those who have become wretched and rotten and want to spread their disease of mind and spirit to others. Thank you and hope this steers a few people away from there avoiding people who Would take advantage or profit from someone in need.

Travis V: My Friend Purchased a studio microphone that did not work. When he returned it theytold him they did not sell that to him and refused to accept the item back for exchange or refund. Horrible business ethic and even worse customer service.
