I know she is well looked after and they take seriously any and all concerns I have raised for my pooch. Even when we had issues with my dog eating fluffy toys while at day care I knew that they really did start keeping a closer eye on her and the toys she had to play with, unlike other day cares I have tried in the area. Nicholas Paul: Where do I begin? I was nervous about dropping my puppy son off at the kennel for the first time. I called 5 other places and Emerson was super responsive and helpful through all my questioning. From the moment I got there, Emerson calmed my nerves and my typically timid Great Dane immediately took to Emerson. It was honestly the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. When I picked Seabiscuit up, he didn’t want to leave. I don’t know what it is about Emerson but dogs love him and he loves them as his own. I wish I could write 100 5-star reviews about this place. Kevin Kim: It’s our go to pet hotel whenever we go to places! We always make sure to book well in advance especially for holidays. The staff are always loving and friendly to our animals which is what matters! They made sure our dog Koda wasn’t cooped up in his cage like a prisoner and had time to go play with other dogs and actually enjoy his stay too! Kryder isn’t the closest to us but we always come here because we know he’ll be taken care of!

Catherine: One of the toughest decisions I confront before a trip is leaving my dear cat family. Over the past 6 years or so, I have left up to 4 cats with The Cat's Meow. The team here is very dedicated and kind towards the cats in their care. The place is lovely and each cat has space to move in, with toys and furniture. Because I was kept informed almost daily, with fresh pictures, I have always felt comfortable traveling, not to mention grateful for the excellent care.

Kathryn Coultas: The decision to choose a cage or a big green house was a no-brainer. You aren't charged for extras like playtime in one of two playrooms, food, litter, toys, one on one time, and photos. Plus, it's the cheapest place around with more bang for your buck.I love how they are set up like bedrooms with plenty of space to move around. The dresses even have holes in the drawers so my kitty could move inside and find a nice spot to nap. They have toddler beds to sleep on as well. Just an overall comfy set up for my kitty.I couldn't be more pleased with the staff either. They are very friendly and you can tell they love their job. I mean, who wouldn't love to play with kitties all day. They send pictures of my kitty several times a week so I'm not stressed about whether or not he's doing OK.Overall, I would recommend The Cat's Meow if you are looking for a friendly and loving staff and clean environment.

Kathy Hartman: Very friendly staff took my old cat in for a lion cut and bath, etc, due to age she does not groom herself anymore. They did a wonderful job 2nd time using them. Would highly recommend. They also board. Have never boarded my cats but if I ever had 2 I would use them.

Courtney Seigel: It is difficult to express how disappointed my family is with the care our cats received at this facility. Upon picking them up, one of our cats had lost so much weight you could feel every vertebra of his spine. He was struggling to walk and having a difficult time breathing. He required immediate vet care the next day. The Cat’s Meow did not email or call us regarding how our cat had deteriorated. In fact, they sent us an email a day before we returned saying they were both doing wonderful with a picture where it was obvious he was anorexic. For a facility that claims to provide one on one time every single day, it would have been impossible to do so and not notice how much our kitty was struggling. They also assured us that our cats could be fed separately to ensure that our other cat did not steal all of his food. I am doubtful this occurred as a picture sent included them in the same pod with food.I want to be clear. I am not blaming the Cat’s Meow for our cat being sick. What I am upset with is the fact that no one bothered to inform us of his condition. The vet and the entire vet staff took one look at our boy and were shocked at his state.Before leaving this review, we tried to give the staff the benefit of the doubt and talked to them on the phone to try and get a better feel for what went wrong. The response was pathetic to say the least. No one cared. No one acknowledged that the situation could have been handled better. No one even bothered to provide a genuine apology.

Stefanie Harrison: My little Maltipoo, Faelan was a COVID puppy (born January 5, 2020). When I brought him home everything went on lock down, so I wasn’t able to socialize him appropriately. Plus he developed fear of men due to my ex brother-in-law who thought it was funny to scare him at just 5 months old. These things cause me anxiety to leave him somewhere overnight. Then I came across Always Waggin. At first, Faelan wasn’t having it, but I knew he was in good hands. When I picked him up today, he and Andrew were the best of buds and Faelan was very happy. It shows instantly that Andrew and his team love what they do, are very compassionate and have that special touch. Andrew, thank you for caring for my little one!!

We are from Michigan and had our hotel until Monday morning. Our games had gotten delayed and pushed back due to weather by a full day. We only had our hotel until 11am and had no where for our dog to stay while we finished up our last day at the fields. I messaged “Always Waggin’ Boarding Kennel” and they got right back with me. He was so kind and generous and told us he would make it work as to bring him in at 8 am! He contacted vet and got records and we didn't have to pay for another night at the hotel when we weren't going to be staying!!I recommend this place with 5 stars⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
