Ryan Ross: Good quality materials with helpful staff.
Sofia Díaz: Went to pick up some limestone and when we went to the back it took about 10 mins for someone to help us load them in we had to call the office. The man that helped us was mad because apparently he was on lunch break and he told us why we came on lunch time when no one wants to help.

Kyle S: Do yourself a favor and go to Rose Brick. They have better selection and service. I had to call and follow up with their sales team several times to get an answer about some product availability and never got a good answer.
Gavin Custer: Tried to call and see how they coordinate their shipments...Talked to Dakota that said their vendors in Kansas handle the shipping. Called both places since I pickup from both places often. They confirmed that they don't have trucks and they coordinate the shipments. Called him back and explained everything and then he back peddled and said he doesn't have a need for help after I wasted 30 mins trying to figure this out. Hopefully their sales and customer service doesn't lie to people about certain things like they did to me. He told me, "hey, it's part of the job right?" I hope part of their job isn't to deceive people instead of being honest. I won't rate this company as 1 simply because it could just be a bad apple. I guess being honest was too much for this guy.

D H: Signed contract for attic insulation and 128 sq ft baffling. The insulation was sufficient, however, they never installed the baffling. I was sitting right by the door and watched anything that came in to the house. No baffling. I emailed to have the price of the baffling refunded and they wouldn't refund.I contacted them after that winter because snow was melting on the roof in one area because of not having the baffles. (white siding pic)I then had siding put on the house and the siding people commented on the lack of baffling so I emailed again wanting them to come install the baffling. I told them what the siding people said and that they had put some where they could and to contact the insulation people. I did contact them again and the told me to contact the siding company even though this wasn't their responsibility!
1 2: Worked for this place. They do not appreciate their employees. It is a rate shop. Somehow, you end up making less than what you would make hourly. Poor management. They hire any joe blow from the street. And do not take the time to train. Would not recommend.
