Erika E: Walked in, the guy (there was one worker there) said I will be right with you. He was already on the phone, so I waited, no big deal. Then he answered another call....and I waited. I just wanted to cancel my WiFi. The employee said they cannot cancel your service in the store. They cannot take back their own equipment in the store. He said just call the customer service line (cause that is the only way you can cancel your home Wifi) it's quick and easy. And then you have to go to a UPS store to drop off your equipment. Ok, I call the customer service line, current wait time was 57 minutes - 2.5 hours. Sure quick and easy. I wait, and the guy finally gets on the phone....I just want to cancel my service....they never just let you cancel, they want to know if someone else would like my service...and this deal and that deal. I just need to cancel my service please. The guy was nice enough. But then I had to go to a UPS store to return my equipment. Just not convenient at all.
Alan Myers: Worst place to come to get questions answered the sales person/manager has a baby on a car seat inside the store on the table won’t pay attention to your concerns because she’s worried about the baby there was a couple behind her which I’m assuming was the parent’s baby if you’re gonna run a store you have to make sure you’re paying attention to the customer not the baby or the other friends you got there.

I traveled some distance risking life and limb on snow and ice covered roads only to find that it was all a lie. This does not build trust in a service provider. So, I will not be getting a metro phone today ad I planned because they lied. This is no easy to do business.

Hannah Ayers: The only 5 star reviews are written by the rude employees and their friends. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The employees refused to speak to me when I asked a question. They used my credit card to purchase something I didn't want, and did not undo it when I caught them. I had to complain all the way up the chain to corporate to get them to refund my money weeks later. It would not surprise me if the employees were stealing from the customers who came in. Do not go to this store.

The young lady who works there wouldn't make eye contact, hardly wanted to speak to us, barely answered questions with one word responses, didn't explain anything. At one point she was on the phone for 10 minutes then I realized she was trying to get our account number and I had that information if she had just asked me. In the end we got a phone, but I will not be back to this store, which it's obvious they would prefer since she'd rather not deal with customers.

Charles Green: I have an uncle who has cancer he can’t really get around like he use to today March 31 2022 he asked if I can go to Boost Moble and see about getting his internet box re activated so I put him in the car and took him I arrive at the Boost place on Edison Rd next to Little Ceszar I left my uncle in the car I took the internet box in the lady was very very Rude I walked in wasn’t greeted Boost moble should really consider who they hire I will NOT EVER GO TO THE BoOST MOBLE on EDISON RD she didn’t even give me a chance to say why I was there she assumed I was returning my uncle internet box when all we needed was help reactivating it never been in a place of business like that ever she yelled at me like I just couldn’t believe it very un professional please anybody avoid that Boost Moble place on Edison Rd I would really rate it no stars at all it literally was the lady from HELL in there……….I went to the boost on portage ave and had the Best Service and friendly she helped us and showed us how to reactivate my uncle’s internet box

Dion collins: I have been to numerous Boost stores with very bad experiences. I have gone to the Boost Mobile Store on Edison Rd in South Bend and I was treated as if I was family. Allen helped me out numerous times with problems with my phones and I will never go to any other Boost store again besides the one on Edison Rd. The customer service was outstanding and couldn't of asked for better service than I received from Allen. He explained everything to me and went far and beyond to fix my issues with my phone. I would highly, and have to many recommended, to go see Allen at the Edison Rd Store for the service a customer should receive from any business. If I could i would rate this store a 100 for all he has done for me and my family I would. Thank you so much Allen.
Tim Staggs: I bought a speaker and it was not working properly. The instructions in the box went to a different speaker. The LED didn't work right and I could not sync it to my phone. I took it back once I realized the same speaker was at wal mart for 45$ but they sold it for 120$ and charged me 25$ restocking fee! Plus the employee was rude and did not appear to be clean. I have used boost mobile for 4yrs and have recently been looking to switch.

Kevin Lockwood: We are new to T-Mobile coming from forever with the "big red guy$" and my wife's recent stint with "ma Bell". We already had our new phones, purchased elsewhere and unlocked. Making the jump, I anticipated might have issues and I was right. However, the crew here at this store have been friendly and extremely helpful as we resolved issues with our Google and Apple phones. T mobile as a carrier, jury is still out, but local personnel at their corporate stores have been great to work with.
