John R: Last time I went the entire atm was broken and they were in the middle of being closed for a week. Something is typically broken when I visit the atm here. Usually the deposit function for cash and checks is broken. Tried to contact pnc through the app and someone replied but i cant check it because the entire app and online service is now unavailable 5 minutes later. Clown stuff.

She told me exactly what I needed and how to get the paperwork I needed. She also squeezed in time to explain something to a peer if they ever had another customer had the same issue or request. Great job Melanee! Sorry if I chopped the name. Your company should know that you rock because you did what CORPORATE customer service couldn't do for me. So thank you sooo soooo much!
Mary Kreske: Went in for a simple transaction. They only had 2 tellers, they were taking care of the lobby and the drive thru. Waited for over a half an hour in the lobby, finally one of the people in the office came out and asked how I was being helped. I told him what I needed and he made no attempt to help me. I waited a little while longer and went somewhere else. Why bother asking, if you don't intend to help me, and are just going to stand there staring at me? I was told at another branch, that he should have been more than capable of helping me. That there was no reason for him not to. They have been shutting down branches and cutting staff. There is no reason they shouldn't have another person who can run the drive thru. The drive thru was also packed.

I came in today to set up a business account and a personal checking and savings, and everything was well explained, I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, it was quick, simple, and I had a more than pleasant experience. Kevin also broke down home equity line of credit options,loan options, and told me about the coin machine that is there for members to use! He put a big emphasis on being family owned and broke down thoroughly what was needed to be explained! I’m proud to say that as of July 15th Centier that’s my bank, and they are not for sale 😎

Jay: Wow, just called to ask a simple question and intended on asking another but I was promptly hung up without a word after I was answered. No wonder your rating is so bad. Funny thing, my 5 seconds of interaction with your rude employee told me all I need to know.I would suggest avoiding this joke of an establishment.
Mxtt Beats: This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I got approved for a credit card around 2 months ago and they withdrew $300 from my account. I have still not received the card. I’ve called the customer service line 4 times now. The 1st time I verified my address and they told me to wait a few more days, although it had already been 2 weeks. The 2nd time I called I verified my address (again) and they told me someone forgot to put a stamp on the envelope and it was mailed back to them. So they sent out a new card (another 7-10 business days) about 2 weeks went by and still no card. I called, verified my address (for the 3rd time now) and they told me to wait a few more days. Today is the 4th time I have called behold they have an incorrect address for me EVEN THOUGH I HAVE VERIFIED IT 3 times over the past 2 months. So today they sent me out another card, another 7-10 days, and I am losing faith that I will ever receive it. I asked how I would be refunded my $300 if it doesn’t show up this time and get this they will “mail” me a check. MY ENTIRE ISSUE IS THAT THEY CANT EVEN CANT EVEN MAIL ME A CREDIT CARD. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY!

Emily Sowder: Paid my car loan off in full 2 years early and they won’t stop my payments automatically. Now, I will either end up going my old monthly amount until I get the form by mail to sign and send back or call my real bank and begin their stop payment process, which will cost me a fee of $50. So to keep my money I have to pay or wait forever to get reimbursed for the money they don’t need to take out because my loan balance is zero. I tried to get them to send me this stop payment form via email so I could get this done before the 15th (7 days from now), but they won’t do that for security reasons.Just stop my payments when I don’t owe you anything. Makes logical sense. Thank goodness your not my bank. I will never do business with you again.

R Chest: Not impressed over all with the dealings I have had with this bank (many branches) recently and over the years. From lost deposits back 15 years ago when all the tellers shared ONE computer to a lack of employees at a branch I dealt with to low paying jobs for the employees.... and more. Management seems to questionable for me to trust them with my money or financial transactions. They seem more concerned with the bottom line than for employees or customers. I do not see that with other banks in my area.

Watched him help a gentleman that came in after us and not once did he notice me waiting there for him... very disappointed as this is the second branch I've been to today to try and accomplish opening an account!

Dom Sobieralski: The hours that are shown on Google are wrong. The drive up hours Monday through Friday are only until 6 p.m. and are labeled at 7 pm. I took off of work and drove over 40 miles just to be met with a closed Bank. This is the twenty-first century, so they should keep more accurate online records of their operating hours for this location. Quite disappointed

I only waited for 1 min. when I arrived and that was only because the teller was going above and beyond for her guest. Great service!

Crystal Westcott: I love this bank. I've been here for years. The way I have been treated here has been phenomenal. I'd find it hard to bank anywhere else. Plus the manager is a sweetheart! And the staff have always treated me kindly.

With all the other banking options out there we've stayed because it's a great place, with good rates and great staff.Their branches are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and attentive to needs. The mobile app allows easy access to account information and funds transfer. I would recommend them to anyone .

Cody Diment: Going to be closing my account here very soon. Been with this bank just a little over 6 years. I’ve had direct deposit with them for all of that time so you see a steady paycheck coming in every week. About 3 years ago I applied for a loan to purchase a vehicle. I had to call several times to get anywhere on it and ended up denied. I understood my credit wasn’t great but was willing to accept a larger interest rate due to so but they didn’t offer anything. Fast forward to present day and I tried again for a small 4,000$ loan that I have more than enough ability to pay for. Been working on my credit and got it into the strong 600s pretty proud of it so I thought they denied it once again. I’m going to do business with some other credit union besides them there atms are outdated and I can’t do mobile deposit. Not to mention I had a vehicle back then 6 years ago that was in litigation due to dealer fraud (sold it to me with no title) I spent time making the payments and the dealer said I had not been. They wanted to repo the car to hide their mistake. As soon as I got this bank they gave them my info and my car was taken that I was current on. Now without the proof of the vehicle and dealer plate they gave me illegally I lost the case and ended up having to pay for a vehicle I no longer had. I am disgusted with this bank and it’s business practices.

Tried to sign in online and was told to call and give my email address to them in order to do so. Called and they need something signed in order to add email address. Everything I need to do has been met with opposition. Stick with Teacher's Credit Union. They are very accommodating. I will be transferring my loan elsewhere.

David Thomas: The online service really needs work. The method in which loan payments are made is not intuitive, and when I actually try to use it correctly, the service will not take payments during weekends or holidays. However, the payment method through by debit card will always work, and naturally there’s always a service charge. I’ve also been told in the past by management that they would refund the service charge one time, but that never happened.Granted, these are minor things, hence my three stars. However, your site shouldn’t be this asinine to operate. One should just be able to click “pay loan” and automatically select the method of payment. Also, when I get a verification code for login, I could really care less about a long winded letter about safety from your CEO with EVERY single notification text message. I just want the code—a short sentence should suffice.Seriously, hire better web developers. There’s a ton of good options out there.

They were extra helpful when I needed a replacement card & I received the new one in just a few days. I like that they have multiple locations & ATMs everywhere so that I can access my money any time everywhere.

TJ: I've been a part of this company for about seventeen good years with hardly any hiccups. The tellers are very polite and supportive all around the community and the loan officers tend to give extensive knowledge/tips before anyone takes out money depending on the economy's current condition. My transactions are usually flawless except with the ATM, which explains the one star deduction.Not entirely sure why, but getting money from any 1st Source ATM is a bit of a gamble. There's either a problem with the machine's software or the fact there's only $100 deposited into it per week. When I (or others already there) do the routine to withdraw any amount it says 'transaction cannot be processed at this time'. This leaves the option to shop at a 24/7 store and get cash back or (if desperate) find one of those questionable machines charging $3+. Yikes.Then again my presence has a tendency to make computers malfunction. if I stand too close.
