Cordale Allen: There is a lady that has been working there for some years and she is a very rude person. I went in to cash a check and she looked at my check and asked me was it mines in a sarcastic way, then she proceeded to call and verify the check and she gave the person on the other end verify a hard time then after she did all of that she look me in my face and asked me why didn’t I take my check and cash it somewhere else? Then she never cashed my check, we had words and I will never go back there again or recommend anyone else to
Steven Golob: Giving one star is very generous on my part. This place is run by a gaggle of smarmy (supposedly) Customer Service Reps. I went in to receive money from Western Union. They would not give me cash. They tried to force me to put my money on a Green Dot prepaid debit card. They were snide and capricious. Incidentally, I am no longer welcome to patronize their den of inequity. Because I was vocal about my distaste for their scurrilous behavior.
Sara Booth: It is not okay to call me 10+ times during the work day two full business days BEFORE my loan is due. That is harassment - plain and simple.
Kyle Higley: Don’t use this place it’s a joke. Have you stand there for an hour, verify your check and then tell you they don’t want to take a chance on cashing it!! Waste of time after they write all over you check! They verified through the place the check was from saying it’s good with no holds or anything!!!
Megan Thomas: The woman working was extremely rude and we will never ever come back. She obviously doesn't have the people skills to work this job.

Evelyn Stalling: Every single time I come in here they never have enough employees so I end up leaving!! It's always a 30+ min wait! They know when tax season arrives, it is a busy peak. They are slow without it being tax season!!

Abigail Kingery: All of the people that work at the south bend location are always happy, talkative and extremely helpful! Sometimes it’s hard to be in a spot where you need a loan like this but the ladies at Advance America South Bend never make you feel bad. They will do all they can to get you the money you need and will work with you on paying it back as long as you communicate with them! I highly recommend coming here if you need a quick loan and a cheerful face.
