Lisa Wickizer: 100% unhappy with my experiences here. I bought my car here 4 years ago, so this is where my warranty is thru. I first took my car in June of 2022 because my air conditioning stopped working, they checked it and said the a/c compressor was leaking so they "changed" it. Got my car back 2 days later and noticed that now when I turned the a/c on the car ran rough and sluggish. After a few weeks while driving, with the air on, my car would stall and I would have to pull over and shut the a/c off and restart my car. Made another appointment and took it back. This time they said it was that it was due to a coil being bad. Get the car back 2 days later and it still wasn't running properly. Weather started to cool off so I didn't need to run the a/c, until an unusually warm November day when I tried it only to find it didn't work again. Took the car back, once again, for them to say this time it was a valve that was "stuck open" that wasn't allowing the air to work. Got the car back a few hours later. Winter time came and I didn't need the a/c. Yesterday was the first really warm day where after work I decided to turn my air on and wouldn't u know it, the a/c isn't working. I will never again take any of my vehicles here and will never again buy a vehicle from them.

Wayne Butler: Took at least three times of coming the shop and getting told the tires just need to be topped off with air and come to find out one of the tires had a nail in it which wasn’t found until the fourth visit and also found out that the sensors had to be reprogrammed which should have been done when the tires got rotated so overall my experience hasn’t been good so far and we have only had the vehicle for less then 6 months

Jennifer McGuire: The dealer was great and gave us great attention...until we signed the papers, then it felt like I was not worth her time and she moved on to the next customer. The amount of wait time to even get answers, get keys, get the vehicle was unacceptable. I literally stood waiting for nearly an hour for the vehicle. It shouldn't take 3+ hours for paperwork, etc. It truly soured the experience. This type of situation is what makes car salesmen have a bad rap. Give the courtesy and the respect to the customer (who just signed off on thousands of dollars) and provide them full attention until they drive away. Then move on to the next customer. What happened only displayed greediness when the salesman salivates on the next customer while their current customer is still waiting in the wings.

Ron de Leon: I saw a car that I want so I called the dealership for an appointment and told them I'm coming from Indianapolis so it's a good 2 hours for me to get there on Saturday. The schedule was set at 12:45pm on Feb 11. I also talked to Mike just to ask him about markup fees and while on the phone, he set me up for sms notification as he told me to opt-in so that I'll receive notifications, which I did while on the phone with him.We went there and did the 2-hour drive just for them to tell me that they already sold the car last night. NOBODY called me, texted me or in any way communicated with me knowing that I have an appointment AND will be driving up for 2 hours. It's the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.To be honest, I don't even know if they really had the car in the first place. I'll avoid this place at all cost.

Stephanie: Total transparency here. Until mid December 2022, I was the Service and Parts Manager for a different, but local Nissan Dealership. I ended my relationship with them when the dealership was sold that month. I have worked with Tom Naquin Nissan in a professional capacity for five years. For personal reasons, I chose to have my 22 Altima (leased) serviced here. Rick provided exceptional service. My 15K service was done quickly, and even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them, they were kind, and extended the service of a free car was to me. I like that this dealership provides full NISSAN services and financial options. My former employer functioned in the same way, but the new owners are their own holding, financing and warranty company, and I have found that dealerships run this way bring great disservice to customers. As long as I lease my Altima, Tom Naquin Nissan will have my service business. Thanks for a great first service!

B Farmer: Came in for front wheel alignment for $67.50 after an hour they come get me to say it couldn't be done cause I needed to get some work done before they could do it and then charged me $47.99 and no work was done I didn't even get a printout of what work was even needed I'm new to Michigan but I'll be driving down to South Bend to get all 3 of my Chevy vehicles serviced.

Laura Joan: It should not take almost 2 hours to get a oil change. My appointment was for 10:00, which I arrived on time. My automobile sat in the pull-in area for over 50 mins. before it was moved into the garage for the oil change. I did ask them to check the left rear tire for air and found the valve stem leaking in which they also replaced, which without my consent. With that issue I would have went back to Bell Tires where the tire was recently purchased from and had them replace it. Overall with those 2 issues, it should not have taken 2 hours! I now reconsidering a new place for future oil changes.
