Jennifer Arevalo: Their customer service was awful.I went in with a exchange, and as soon as I approached the lady, who was not even at the cash register, she was AWFUL. That area was alone, only a little boy was sitting near that area.I only said "HI", and she interrupted me that unless I had the receipt and that the purchase was from their stores location specifically then I could not return my items.First off, I was never going to return my items I was going to exchange them. And I know that you can go to any Dollar Tree and do this as long as you have the original receipt. I just said thanks and walked out.I felt so disrespected.

Mary Rodriguez: Just left the Dollar Tree on South Bend Ave. The cashier is sitting in her chair with her cellphone in front of her watching TV while scanning items. The lady in front of me paper towel fell out of the bag onto the floor next to the cashier. The cashier couldn’t even get up and pick it up from the floor. The customer goes I can get it. I guess beggars can not be choosers. She is at work. Unlike others.

Angelina: I agree with the one star reviews on this place. The employees seem to close whenever they feel like it. Went to buy some stuff and the doors were locked at 4pm! The employees there are straight up lazy and rude. I had one sitting in a chair talking on the phone while working the register. Stay away from this store and their ghetto employees.

Emily Resendiz: The workers there are SO RUDE and they yell at you for asking them for help saying is not their job. I went once with a huge line and the worker is just sitting down ?? They closed hours before they had to too. Also there's boxes everywhere. Please try to go somewhere else even if it's a bit further away.

Molly Nitschke: Tried to go to dollar tree today at 3 PM and the doors were locked. The lights were on, still, and their hours say they are still open. Not sure what happened but hopefully it is an anomaly and not something that happens frequently!

Jean Hill: I went there today and the place was a mess. No shelves were organized. Looks like it had been hit by a tornado. Sorry to see this in our neighborhood. Management needs to hire some people to help with the shelves.

Jennifer Arevalo: Their inventory is always in boxes, but I do believe that is due to understaffing.I always go in the mornings and they are very nice and fun to talk to in terms of customer service as long as you too are nice.I would not say they have the best customer service but it is acceptable.

Angel Gomez: Went there for a picture frame...got a whole lot more! Called Corporate! Manager fought with an employee while myself and at least 10 other customers were in store! I don't exactly know what it was about, b/c there was so much yelling but I witnessed employee ask a question to manager she slammed clipboard, began shouting this is my store, I make the rules etc etc then began making very inappropriate comments to employee, employee asked couldn't you just tell me your problem in private why are you making a scene. Manager slammed door, came back out with clipboard and started slamming it again and told employee to leave her store and just kept yelling at other employees after employee left the premises. Very uncomfortable to listen too, manager wanted to charge at employee 😳 b/c employee kept asking can we do this in private! Well to me manager was looking for attention and very overdramatic and hostile. Well she got attention from me and other customers we talked after and everyone's calling corporate! She may not like the attention coming to her! Always an appropriate time to deal with things, not while customers are shopping 🙄
