Isela Guzman: Bought a Grav bowl from them, went home and decided to look up the bowl online. Found it for $17 on the Grav website and was charged $40 at their store. I called to ask if I could bring it back (it had only been an hour after purchasing) and was told no. They could’ve at least offered to honor the online price. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received.

Dennis Hurt: The gentleman was no help, seemed busy with personal stuff. I'm a beginner and asked questions, he pointed out where the pipes are. Very disappointed. Will continue my journey else where.

They have a lot more room so they have a giant walk in humidor now. They have a very nice selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. They have a nice smoking room in the back where you can, of course, smoke your pipe or cigar. The guy at the counter (sorry, I didnt catch your name) was a really nice and helpful guy. Will definitely be there again.

They were burning up too quickly and I had to replace them every couple of days, so I question Matt at the South bend location who assured me he was upper management, he informed me that they had a shipment of "bootleg" pods, and they were just trying to get rid of them.. I paid $20 for a box of 4 pods.. and they knowingly sell this garbage too hard working customers.. I no longer go to vape and smoke for anything.

I went in to get me some Black & mild and I found them they were $0.79 a piece which is cheap I started to feel them for freshness and they were rock hard they were very very stale I mentioned this to the large blonde haired lady and she seem like she didn't give a care that they were fresh or not. I will never go back into this store since this was my first time it will be my laugh
