Aiden Hardacre: Useless company running public transit. Half the schedule doesn't run. Even when it says it will. If you smoke feel free to do it anywhere because security won't enforce the no smoking rule.

J2145 T: Nice way to get around town.. Bus drivers aren't that friendly but hey, you don't have to be ethier.
LJ Somontes: My husband has had encounters with very rude bus drivers on the 13, 7 and 4 routes. Both of us have times where after pulling the cord the driver blew right past the stop the cord was pulled for. My husband has put in complaints regarding two or three of the drivers for the 7and 4 routes, now they hear him and they hang up.

Audrey Wood: They need to do something about their bathrooms They are not open in the evenings or on the weekends. Also You have to ask someone to open them for you when they are open. The best way to handle this would be to put in new bathrooms with doors like they have in rest areas on the highways. Open doorways on the entrance but have doors on the stalls. Bathrooms like these police themselves because anyone can walk in anytime. Otherwise it's ok. Could use more vending machines or a little coffee shop. Might also be nice if the city's WiFi extended out to it. On the weekends I have to sit there for 45 min between buses and wifi would be great but it would be better to be able to go to the bathroom.
Michael diaz: Sometimes drivers are rude. $3 day pass. $1 one way.

Richard Jameson: Bus 232 ran a red light going southbound on hill street at the intersection of Colfax on January 31, 2023. Nearly caused three cars to have an accident. Attempted to call South Bend Community School Corporation to report but got no answer. Drivers who run red lights endanger our children’s safety.
LeeAnn Lugo: Their school buses never stop at red lights and hurry through yellow lights in winter seen it every year for the past 6 years. Just so dangerous. Nothing gets done
Autumn Grove: Horrible! They don’t inform parents if a bus isn’t coming half the time. Communication is key and they don’t know how to do it. Buses are late all the time and no explanation or apologies either. Most bus drivers are rude to the children and nothing is done about that either. Sick and tired of my child being home late from school and it not being relaid to parents.
T King: Horrible, buses will drive right passed your kid and lie and said they drove by but no one was there, dispatch sent me through three different voicemail before it hung up on me, the whole school system in South Bend is terrible!

And even after month long conversations and letters faxed and emailed they still can't comprehend or get one of my child's buses right. It's now a safety concern and my child doesn't ride a bus. TRASH!!! Go away with them. It's sucked for years and still hasn't improved.

Apple Cinnamon Toast (Toasty): 1st day of school having to call transportation about daughters bus that did not show up. Been currently waiting over 15 minutes for dispatch to answer the phone. So the call is so important why don't they answer the phone then!!!???

Xx_SADCUBE_xX: Have had to call transportation almost every day because of busses never showing up to my stop. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and the drivers aren’t given the correct information. On several occasions busses have passed right by without stopping, broken the law to get near my stop just to leave before I can get there, or shown up incredibly early. Please, if you can, just avoid having your child take this transportation system.
Kevin Holaway: My wife had van parked bus turned the corner hit my wife's van and we had a police report & talk to the supervisor looked at the van said that they would take care of it investigators look at the tapes they don't want to reply to are insurance company they are a joke

Michelle Jones: The news had stated that South Bend landlords needed to get a handle on the bedbug infestation here. The South Street Station Downtown in South Bend needs to be included on that list. I have gotten two bedbugs off myself on two different occasions. One being this morning. March 17,2023. And have seen roaches on the floor inside the Station. You also have a Rude, slick mouth Security Guard there named Frank. He is very rude and uses foul language toward customers. If I had a choice I would Not be giving up my hard earned money of $36 every two weeks for bus passes for my daughter & I. You have drivers who drive the way they want not how they were trained. People have jobs & homes to get to. There's No Structure or Dicsepline at All. Mother Gathright is a breath of fresh air. The First shift African American Security Guard knows Exceptional Customer service. I need to get his name. I am Grateful to them and Pittman and several other Amazing driver's. 👏

Had a good initial interview was setup for a follow up formal interview that was cancelled on the day of. Then never heard from them again. Phillip Hensley (Phensley): They often drive right by wheelchair rider's and lie about these same people so they don't have to take the time to. strap them in.They are worried about there schedule(update) Today the gentleman driving 3a was a complete donkey.I can only name two whom are polite and helpful.I have let them know how much I appreciate them.I'm taking one star away for the donkey whom went out his way to be rude

Tori Steiger: They used to be amazing but here lately they say there coming and never show up had my mom waiting 2 hour so she could go get groceries and she called and said they got tied up but when she set up the time to be picked up they would be on time mind you she called around 8 to be picked up at 930 never showed up
